Joe was a great salesperson; exceptionally friendly, knowledgeable, patient, helpful. He tried to make the purchase experience great, though I find buying a car a nerve-wracking ordeal. Joe worked diligently to test the iPod connectivity so that I clearly knew how it would work with a navigation-equipped Prius. Joe even assisted with the delivery of my new car by driving my old one back to my home. I have high praise for Joe. The dealership was clean and inviting; I did not see any unhappy employees or customers. Whenever a prespective client came onto the lot, they were greeted and treated well (my observations while waiting during a break in negotiations). Sales personnel neatly dressed too. This is the first import I've owned; my experience thus far has been pleasant; I hope it continues! More

The more enjoyable part was that he made us feel relaxed and at ease, it was indeed a "no pressure' experience from start to finish. We are experienced buyers and had done our homework and when it came to the negotiation over the price, Eddie was very upfront and direct. We reached a deal that we were very happy with and were treated with much respect and we never felt as though any shenanigans were going on. We absolutely will return for our next vehicle purchase and will be recommending Younger to all of our friends. Coincidentally, our daughter went by for service work recently on her 2009 Corrolla purchased from a different dealer and received prompt service and for less than the original estimate! A dealer she had been going to in Frederick seemed to always find more wrong with her car than what she would originally go in for. Thank you Younger Toyota! I checked out both the GMC Sierra and the Fort F-150, but when I drove the Tundra, I knew tha no doubt that I would receive excellent service again. We were very happy with the staff at Younger Toyota. We were waited on promptly. Alex Swope was friendly, helpful and efficient. He listened to our needs and addressed our financial concerns. All of our questions about our vehicle were answered and we were told more than once that if we had any additional questions or concerns to call or visit the dealership. Each person that we spoke was very efficient at his or her job and we moved through the process in a timely fashion. The dealership itself is clean, attractive and well-maintained. We were offered refreshments and the waiting area is comfortable and pleasant. By observing attitudes of the various customers, it was obvious to us that Younger was serving the public well. We have not had any service done to the vehicle as of yet, but we feel sure that when we do, it will be a pleasant experience. We also like the way in which the dealership has kept in touch with us and is concerned about our satisfaction with the product. We have told our family and friends how impressed we were with the dealership and would not hesitate to recommend Younger Toyota to anyone. More
