Very nice, spacious, quiet waiting area with ample refreshments available. Have complete confidence in the Younger Nissan of Frederick Service Department to see to all needs of my vehicle. Especially appreciate the team tailoring scheduled service to my own circumstances as it makes sense to do so. (very high daily highway commute mileage with minimal stop & go). Ample coupons are available on the dealer website that increase the incentive to have service performed at the dealer. Always a very pleasant experience whether service is "drop-off" or wait. Looking forward to next time. More

Another great experience I took my 2014 Rogue in for its regular oil change and tire rotation yesterday. I don't think I was there more than 45 minutes. It was great! Joseph Geisbert recognized me from the last time he helped me (a year ago!) and he remembered our conversation. Amazing! I am very satisfied with the service I get there. I am also mentioning Sergiu because he has helped me a couple of times in the past and has also been very nice and helpful--but I forgot to write him a review! Both gentleman are wonderful to deal with. More

You can tell that he is committed to his job, he remembers his customers. He remembered that he worked on getting a repair covered under warranty MONTHS ago. I know that there are a lot of people involved with getting a vehicle serviced but, that was the fastest I have ever been out of there in 2 and a half years. I give the credit to Joe.
