I have worked with Doug many times over the past year two years. Each time, he has been extremely friendly and helpful with all of my car's servicing. I have also worked with Marty in the past and he is the years. Each time, he has been extremely friendly and helpful with all of my car's servicing. I have also worked with Marty in the past and he is the exact same way. I feel like the dealership is always straightforward and honest in describing the problem, price and solution for my vehicle. I have had a serious car issue or two, and every time, I feel like they have treated me great. When I needed a loaner car, they went out of their way to hold a vehicle for me, so I could get the service done immediately. I would recommend this dealership/service department to anyone. More

For example when I first brought my car in for service, Marty told me that the car would "probably" be done the same day. Yet, when the parts were delayed coming in I did not find out until I called and spoke to Marty. Have you considered texting or messaging to someone's cell? I appreciate the use of a loaner car and again the lengths that Marty and Brian went to to pick me up and shuttle me to Frederick Nissan. The cost estimate was very accurate. A little high in my opinion, but not too bad. Overall I am very pleased with the customer service and my experience and Marty and Brian definitely contributed positively. More
Think that the Service guys need to take their time and make sure their work is complete 100%. This is the 3rd time in a year that I have taken my car for service and air pressure was not checked in my ti make sure their work is complete 100%. This is the 3rd time in a year that I have taken my car for service and air pressure was not checked in my tires despite asking them to. My one tire was at 16 PSI and others were at 23. and asfter the visit were stgill at that so I had to take time out my day the next day to bring my car back. Very unacceptable to me!! More
Very friendly staff that answered all of my questions. My rear bumper was hit, I thought that I would have to replace the entire bumper but Denny told me that they can fix it for me much faster and without a rear bumper was hit, I thought that I would have to replace the entire bumper but Denny told me that they can fix it for me much faster and without any bumper replacement. He also contacted me to let me know that there is a minor hit that I did not know about and suggested to have it fixed now in order to avoid a paint job if I choose to do that later. The car got repaired in 1 day (very fast!) Thank you! More

I haven't been to the dealership in awhile because in the past it had taken too long for an oil change. The team at Frederick Nissan was professional and attentive to my needs. They stood behind work warranty and corrected my problem without any argument. They gave me a complimentary car washing which in my mind is representative of best in class service. More
When I bought the car I was told there was a maintenance plan--I forget what it was called--but, that I would be sent coupons for every 2nd oil change (for free) and my car would be washed each time it was plan--I forget what it was called--but, that I would be sent coupons for every 2nd oil change (for free) and my car would be washed each time it was in for service--AND I would have the option of a FREE rental car when I dropped my car off for service, provided I made an appt. Well, none of that turns out to be true. I have had my car in for service about 3 times and it's been washed only once (and I had to remind them to do it) and I've tried to get the rental car--only to be told it's probably not going to be available and it's first come, first served no matter whether you have an appt or not. And I haven't received email or coupons for every other oil change. Now, I bought the car service plan--which was supposed to "fill in" the in between oil changes--but I've never received any additional coupons. The service has been very nice. Pretty quick and I like the fact that I can walk to 7-11 to get coffee. More

I was still given a loaner car even though one was not pre arranged and although they called and said it would be an additional hour longer it was not a big deal. My original salesman, Steve, came and talked to us while we were waiting which I thought was very nice. All your employees are extremely friendly and accommodating. Thank you. I didn't have this experience at another Nissan dealer when I was first looking for a car. I am so glad I came to your dealership even though it is further away. More
The service department tries to pressure you into buying service that you don't need. They are also not very informed. I brought my 2008 Versa in because I heard a brake noise and asked if there is a histo service that you don't need. They are also not very informed. I brought my 2008 Versa in because I heard a brake noise and asked if there is a history of problems with Versa Brakes. They said no but there was a service bulletin but the service writer wasn't aware. I HATE to be pressured to buy extra services and there has been a history of problems with this car. I have had three Mitsubishis and went over 225000 on all of them and both my Chrysler vans have over 150000 miles so I know how to maintain a vehicle. The recommended service is that a recommendation not a MUST be done. You can offer but don't keep offering and make it sound like the car will die tomorrow if you don't spend hundreds of dollars on service to have the belts tightened, not replaced. The only reason to go back to Frederick Nissan is because the car is still under warranty. Call me if you want more information 301-401-9065.
