We have a 2004 Nissan Quest. Last July, we had an electrical relay problem that affected out sunroof, power sliding door, power locks, power windows and trunk. The repair cost $1200. Just today (July 25, 2011) we had it back in for service for the same problem. Frederick Nissan warrants their repairs for 1 year and wouldn't you know it, we were 2 weeks outside that 1 year timeframe. I spoke to Gary Lewis (the Service Manager) who advised to bring it in and they'd look at it for us. I thought to myself, I bet you will and how much will this cost? I dropped the van off at 7AM and it was done and ready at 3PM the same day. It helped that they knew the vehicle repair history, so they knew where to start looking for the problem. Regardless, I was sure this would cost us something, as labor isn't free. When I spoke to Doug he told me that they (Frederick Nissan) were taking care of the bill for me and there was no charge. I was pleasantly surprised, as we are 3 weeks from going on vacation and this surely would have cut into our vacation funds. I want to let the guys at Frederick Nissan know that I appreciate them and their outstanding customer service. We surely didn't have another $1200. to sink into the same repair as last year and most likely, we would have traded the van in. We appreciate all you guys have done for us in the past! More
I receive excellent, friendly service every time I visit Nissan. I appreciate the care taken by the service department staff to make my visit a good one. Overall, the staff were very attentive and nice to work with. As my car was being serviced, John found several recall items that needed to be addressed and scheduled further service at my convenience. with. One problem has arisen, which John has said will be looked at on my next visit. I asked that the AC system be checked because of water dripping into the passenger compartment. They unplugged the condensate drain hole, but the problem has returned. Hopefully, they can correct the problem before I face mold/mildew issues. I will continue to have my car serviced @ Frederick Nissan. Thanks. More

John was very friendly and responsive. Made me feel comfortable and supplied nothing but top level service. HE WAS ALSO PATIENT and showed great customer service. Well the service lady came out to talk to the wife about replacing the airfilter and belts and fluids. I purchased a filter from the hardware store and went to change the filter only to find that it was not re-installed (the cover was not fastened into place, the clips were loose and the top was open and my wife drove the car home that way. THe filter was a Nissan Filter I had previously replaced it with a Fram filter. Not sure what to say about that. Perhaps you guys replaced it since I previously replaced it but I don't think so. Overall I am unhappy that the filter box was left off. More

I thought the customer service was very good. John, my service rep, was friendly and easy to talk to which, in turn, made me feel comfortable about having my car serviced at this dealer. I initially went in for a shaking hood, and within moments they fixed the problem. I also had some other things done, and was pleased with the work. I came in for a check on why my "Service needed" light was on, and had aoil change while I was there. I'm not sure my question of why the light was on was answered. Which does not explain why my light comes on and goes off of it's own accord.....I suppose time will tell or I'll be in there again soon. More
Gary, As always, we were totally satisfied with the work you did. The clearcoat that you applied to our new Juke really made it sparkle. The fog lights that you installed makes the front end of the car look sportier and " more aggresive " as my son Matt put it. He couldn't wait to get it back to school to show it off. He took the Juke to a party where everyone was into sporty and fairly highend cars, and the Juke got a lot of oohs and aahhs. It impressed a lot of car enthusiests. The fog lights were important to us, as they get a lot of fog over on Marylands eastern shore. They are a big safety factor. We were pleased to find that you were able to put the switch on the steering column. We thought that we would have a switch on the dash board. You did it just like the factory would have. I should mention that the discount coupon from the Nissan one to one program made it possible to have the lights installed now. It saved us a lot of money. Once again, I want to thank you and Frederick Nissan for your personal help and quality work. The Juke is the 8th car that we have bought from your dealership. I love the Murano that I've been driving for a number of years and I'm pretty sure that another Murano is going to be vehicle number nine. Thanks again for everything, Doug Ventura More
