Great service. I was in the Frederick area, and decided to stop by Frederick Nissan to get my oil changed without an appointment. Stopped in the Frederick Nissan Dealership, Amanda greeted me and immediat to stop by Frederick Nissan to get my oil changed without an appointment. Stopped in the Frederick Nissan Dealership, Amanda greeted me and immediately got my 350Z in the shop for the oil change and a quick all over inspection. I was in and out in less than a half hour with fresh oil and everything checked. Thanks Amanda. More
I was very pleased with the speed at which my oil change was performed. I hardly had sat down with my coffee when it was time to go. The waiting area was clean. There was a coffee machine that had a large variety of coffee drinks and hot chocolate. There was popcorn, water and cookies. I saw a newspaper and magazines as well. There is also free Wi-Fi. Two large screen T.Vs were also available for viewing. I was settling in to stay a while when the advisor came to tell me I was ready to go. The price was excellant as well. $24.95 for an express oil change. Plus as a member of the Nissan One To One Rewards club I also recieved a 10.00 credit towards my oil change. The whole thing only cost 18.39. I got a comfy place to sit and a nice cafe' Latte, all in about 30 minutes. I call that a great morning. More
It seems that I needed a bunch of things done to my car all at the same time, so it was very expensive for me this time. 60000 mile service, new tires, alignment, etc... I am not a car guy... so I do all at the same time, so it was very expensive for me this time. 60000 mile service, new tires, alignment, etc... I am not a car guy... so I dont do my own service... but it is getting very expensive to do regular maint on a car... I understand the cost of tires etc... but even the $530 on the 60000 mile service seems excessive. These costs will push me to either learn to do basic car maint or look elsewhere for service. More
I had my Cube in for an oil change as part of owner appreciation week; so with my coupon I had no costs for the visit. The staff were excellent and friendly, and service advisor Doug Rice was excep appreciation week; so with my coupon I had no costs for the visit. The staff were excellent and friendly, and service advisor Doug Rice was exceptional. He alerted me that my car was due for its 15k mile inspection; and went over the different options I had by cost. After his detailed explanations I feel confident that I will be returning to Frederick Nissan for all my future work; and feel that going there in the past was always the correct choice. My only one complaint is that I found an oil/grease/whatever soaked paper drop-cloth on the driver side floorboard when I returned to my vehicle when service was complete. I appreciate the care the technicians took to keep my carpet clean, and only hope they can remember to remove that during my future visits- it was quite dirty and not fun to handle. But it did not change my positive opinion of the dealer at all- these things happen. More

My visit on Oct 13th you gave me a free oil change but left tools in the engine compartment. So did I not get a oil change on the 10th that I pay for and receive an oil change on Oct 13 that was free. I left quality of work blank on your survey. Only you can answer that. I didn't have an appt. Amanda was amazing and friendly, I zipped in and zipped out. They gave my car a bath and it was under an hour! Gotta love that! Frankly I was shocked and so was my husband when he got home. First of all we bought the part for our car from Nissan, and by the advice of the dealership (the one in Sterling) they said we could easily p home. First of all we bought the part for our car from Nissan, and by the advice of the dealership (the one in Sterling) they said we could easily put the part on. Once we received the part my husband felt very uncomfortable so we scheduled the appointment with Frederick Nissan since I am there in Frederick more frequently. Anyway we also had a tail light out which we also had the part for. So we took the Quest to get the cup holder installed and the light bulb replaced, and in addition we had our back wiper replaced and ordered a new remote control from the Frederick location. Now they are doing all the items we asked (very happy with that). Now the bill comes not so happy, come on guys you charged me $49,98 to replace a bulb that I bought, another $49.98 to install the cup holder(I do not have a problem with the cup holder price). It is really hard to swollow $50.00 for a light bulb!!! How would you feel?? I might understand if that was all I was having done, but I also purchased the windshield wiper and arm assembly at $58.81, and new remote at $126.00, so I kind of feel I was ripped just a little bit. I did by the way call the Sterling location who told me that they would have charged me for the cup holder install, and the new items I purchased but would have put the bulb in for no cost since my car was getting the rest of the work done. So I walking in the door felt this might be a dealership I would return too, but I truely amd giving second thoughts that maybe Sterling is the way to go since they are a little more economical, have to watch the pocketbook!!! Oh, I did question this to the cashier, she really could not answer for the pricing, she was very nice though. This was my very first negative result from any car dealer I have been too. More
