I bought my 2010 Pathfinder from Ingred, who is a wonderful sales lady!, and have been comming back ever since.Doug Rice usually handles all my service needs, but was off so I delt with Leonie. The team has never failed to supply outstanding, friendly service. Makes me feel like I am their most important customer. The service team at Frederick Nissan seem to have as much pride in my car as I do and they want to keep it running great all the time. I had $2,700 worth of service work done on my Nissan Quest Mini Van. One of the repairs required the dashboard to be taken apart and removed while the repair was made. Upon replacing the dashboard, Frederick Nissan realized they didn't fix the problem but yet they still tried to return the van to me. The dashboard was once again taken out and put back in. Now my CD changer is not working. When you hit the CD button, it just beeps, same with eject and load. All of my CDs are stuck. If you scroll through the modes from the steering wheel button, the CD feature is completely gone. Frederick Nissan claims the CD player went bad while in the shop. My CD player was in perfect working condition prior to them working in the dashboard area. They now want me to pay $400 more to fix my CD player that they clearly broke. The General Manager tells me it is a sealed unit and needs to be replaced and was nothing that they did. However, everything to the CD changer was exposed twice and now it doesn't work. I will never give this dealership another penny of my money. They do not care if the customer is satisfied. They are out to make money on innocent people like me. More

We purchased our car from Frederick Nissan in August 2009. It has been very reliable and has saved us a lot in gas mileage as our other vehicle only gets 10 mpg. The cube gets about 28 in the city with some highway driving. Everytime we take our car in Frederick nissan for service it is done as promised and the staff is very courteous. We could not have afforded to pay for the repairs just done that Frederick Nissan was able to have covered by our new car warranty. We are very grateful for the extra effort made by staff. It is now March 20th 2012 that I am now informed my vehicle is done. You have had my vehicle since 2011. Thats around 3 months that you have been in possesion of my vehicle. With no one contacting me t vehicle is done. You have had my vehicle since 2011. Thats around 3 months that you have been in possesion of my vehicle. With no one contacting me that entire time as to what was going on. The only update I got was me going to the dealership and being told the transmission was on a boat. Couldnt give me any kind of estimation towards when it would be finished. Spouted rudely to me that a lender vehicle would not be held for me. Even astonished that I wanted one of similiar standards to use. I paid a lot of money and was kept in the dark. Was rudely spoken to. Felt as though I was bothering them to ask questions about my vehicle they were suppose to fixing. All the contact I had to have was miserable. All the driving I had to do for that time was miserable. You had my only vehicle. I tried to bring this to some attention... Apperently that fell on deaf ears. So Im on to my next option. All of this experience will never happen again to me from your establishment. More
Quick service. Friendly staff. Only downside, is I bring my own oil and filter, and I usually need the bill adjusted to reflect this. I've been there 4-5 times for oil change and tire rotation, and I always bring my own oil and filter, but 2-3 times now I have had to request the bill be adjusted, because I am charged for oil and filter. They are always quick to change it, without any hassle, but it would be nice if more attention was paid to putting together the final bill. I do like the service department, the staff is great. More
