I would also like to thank Doug Rice my agent i do look for when i come in for service other than and the quick oil change that i needed this day. he took the time to say good day nice to see me and shook my hand. I would like to thank the following employees for smileing and saying hello. Alvin Baylor-Gary Lewis-Devynn White Many others walked by but didn't give me the time of day. I like walking around the show room when i first arrive and see if there are any new models on the floor. More

I have been here before. I love the way I am treated. I have never had a problem when coming to this dalership. I came in on my lunch break for an express oil change and I was out in a flash. I had just sat down in the lounge and was having a nice bag of hot fresh popcorn and enjoying the Free Wi-FI when Amanda came out and told me I was all ready to go!!! I went to the checkout and paid only 24.99 for my oil change and mulitpoint inspection and I was out the door!!! I highly recommend this dealership. More

Leonie Null was very helpful from setting up the appointment on the phone through retrieving our cars afterward. We had both our '99 and '04 Altimas serviced. Leionie explained thoroughly what needed to be done and what was not immediately necessary but would need to be repaired in the future. This was very helpful since we are retirees on a fixed income and need to budget our car repairs. Leonie's customer service skills are excellent! We felt like she, representing Frederick Nissan, really cared. We have been having our Nissans serviced in Frederick since our first Nissan in 1994 and would not consider going anywhere else.
