First,when I picked up my car key, I noticed it said "failed" for my battery. If I had not questioned why it said that, no one would have told me. When I questioned why my battery would go bad at 23,000 "failed" for my battery. If I had not questioned why it said that, no one would have told me. When I questioned why my battery would go bad at 23,000 miles, the best answer they gave me was, could be the heat and it happens sometimes. I have never had a new car that required a new battery before 50,000 miles or more. So, I was told the battery is pro-rated and I have until July 14th,when my three year warranty runs out,to get a new battery for 80.00, or after that pay full price. I guess I might get a new battery, but to be honest, I haven't talked to anyone who thinks I should have to buy a new battery in a car like this,at 23,000 miles! More
i was informed that my free oil change at 7500 miles ended with my warranty. I was told when I bought the vehicle that they were free for the as long as I own the vehicle. The service agent was great to work with and friendly. If the cost was much more I would go elsewhere even though I prefer having my Maxima serviced at a Nissan Dealership. I received a call early on Monday morning from John; and he relayed what the problem was. He explained everything very well in detail and the cost of repairing it. At that time, it was determined that it would take approx. 2 days for the vehicle to be fixed, and John offered me a loaner car at no charge. I told him that I would be there before 5:30pm that day to pick up the loaner. When my husband and I arrived; John said that he had more news; good news; the work on my Xterra was completed and the tech was taking it on a test drive. If the tech was satisfied, then it would be ready to go. Apparently, the tech worked all day, and skipped lunch to get this job done. John told us that this is the kind of person this particular technician is. He is focused and likes to complete his work without interruption. What was thought to be a 2 day job, turned out to be several hours. We would like to recognize both John and Danny for their excellent service and dedication. I really appreciate it. More
2008 Rogue brought in for oil change and to explore oil leaking on driveway. Doug and tech team identified problem (transmission oil cooler), located parts and put my wife in a short-term rental car in no leaking on driveway.
