Since I wrote this survey I was contacted by the Service Manager, Gary Lewis, and had a long conversation with him. They have explained how they made the mistake in the paperwork that led me to believe the work was to be done ASAP. They have spoken to their technicians so this doesn't happen again. I am confidant that the situation has been handled on their end and am comfortable taking my car back to have service there in the future. I am happy that they responded so quickly to my survey and have tried to put me first with this issue. Apology accepted!
