I purchased a pre-owned Nissan Altima and was taking it in for my first of five free oil changes. Sergiu Pricepa was my service guy and was so helpful. I arrived a little early but Gary Lewis came out and waited on me immediately while my service adviser was working with another customer. I just brought my Murano in for it's second oil change. Again, it was done very quickly. I was talked into a tire rotation which probably wasn't a bad idea, but $20. seems kind of expensive. So far I have been happy with the service department, although I don't know if I would buy another Nissan or Murano. I still feel that the vehicle has subpar paint and it is not as effortless to drive as previous vehicles. Hopefully, if or when I bring it in for real service, it will go as smoothly as the oil changes. More

A few weeks ago I had the pleasure of stopping into Younger Nissan to get an insurance quote for my 2007 Jeep Wrangler. It was extremely busy, but I was taken care of right away and EVERYONE was extrem Younger Nissan to get an insurance quote for my 2007 Jeep Wrangler. It was extremely busy, but I was taken care of right away and EVERYONE was extremely friendly, like you would expect from a dealership whom you had purchased a car from. Jay Flick helped me through the insurance quote process and it was quick and he was very down to earth and I didn't feel like I didn't belong because I hadn't purchased the car from them. I had never stepped foot on this lot until my insurance company told me that this was one dealership that they do collision quotes with, and I have lived in Frederick my entire life. The parts were ordered right away and within days I received a call to schedule an appointment. I dropped my car off and also asked to get an oil change while my jeep was there. By that afternoon I received a call that my jeep was finished with the collision center and was taken over for an oil change and will be ready by the time I get off of work. When I arrived Sergiu was there to greet me and help me to the cashiers desk. Another service department man, which I apologize I didn't get the name, told me that if I had a few minutes that they were just going to give the jeep a quick wash. I was absolutely shocked and of course agreed to wait for a little. I was in shock honestly at how nice everyone was. I want to purchase a car after the winter, although I am not sure yet what kind of make/model I want, I will remember this dealership when I start my test driving. If they treat someone coming in for an insurance quote/oil change like myself, I can't even begin to imagine purchasing a car and having that down to earth, non-pushy customer service and lifetime relationship. I WILL be back and I highly recommend for any service or purchasing that you stop by Younger Nissan in Frederick first! More
Great experience with the body shop staff at Younger NISSAN. Very courteous and did a great job. The Frontier sparkles with the poly steel coating. We always use the express service lane to have our oil changed and Sergiu is always there to greet us with a big smile on his face. He always seems happy, upbeat, and energetic which radiates from him and changed and Sergiu is always there to greet us with a big smile on his face. He always seems happy, upbeat, and energetic which radiates from him and always puts us in a happy positive mood no matter what the wait may be. I always feel comfortable and confident leaving our car in his hands. He's a shining example of the service and quality that Frederick Nissan strives to promote. The waiting area as usual was clean and smelled of fresh coffee, which is always nice on a cold morning. I always feel welcomed and at home. All of the sales reps are very polite and friendly as well despite knowing we were only waiting on our car to finish being serviced. I gave the rating that I gave because no matter what the circumstance, when I come to Frederick Nissan, I always leave feeling satisfied and happy with my experience, so much so that I always recommend Frederick Nissan to all my friends, family, and acquaintances. Thank you for being one of the few places left that truly cares about the customer experience. So far you have been there for the purchase of our new car, body repair when we were unfortunately were hit only 6 months into ownership (you'd never be able to tell), and all of the various maintenance services in between. As far as I can see I'll never have a reason to take it elsewhere as I would be anxious to take it anywhere else. I happened to come for an oil change on Veteran's Day, lunch-time, very busy. Phil explained it might take longer than usual to get to my car in a LONG line ahead of me. I said no problem, so I went over to the mall to get a jump on Christmas shopping. Upon my return I was amazed to find the line was gone and got the service done expediently.
