Quick! I went in because there was a coupon for a free oil change. I originally scheduled an appointment, but the Express Service Lane was happy to take me. I went in because there was a coupon for a free oil change. I originally scheduled an appointment, but the Express Service Lane was happy to take me. The oil change was quick, as promised. The multiple point inspection was reviewed with me & the next recommended service. I like that popcorn & coffee are available in the waiting area. Everyone I interacted with is friendly & helpful at Younger Nissan. More

Outstanding Service Experience! I worked with Gary Lewis on installation of a trailer hitch for my 2014 Nissan Truck. Gary was very helpful, friendly, and caring. he and his technician made my service visit a real pleasure and so unlike my experiences at other dealerships. What impressed me the most was that, at the time of my purchase I did not realize Younger Nissan even existed, so I purchased some where else. But I still received excellent and friendly service. What this tells me is that next time, I should definitely buy my Nissan from Younger. This is a great example of a Quality Service Organization that helps the Sales Organization sell more cars due to the trust and integrity I have in Younger Nissan! Well done. Steve Bergmann More

Quick and Clean I showed up to the express center for an oil and filter change. There was no one in line so I pulled right up the the counter. James Fink met me with a friendly "good morning" and polite "How can we help you?". He explain what would be done and gave me an estimated time for how long it would take. As I sat in the waiting area, I could see my vehicle being worked on the service tech work quickly but carefully. Once finished James came out and explained what the service tech found and advised me of how to handle the issues. I was in and out in about 30 - 40 minutes and the vehicle was clean with a floor mat. Thanks - C.O. More
Incompetent ? In late March someone backed into my Murano damaging the front bumper. The bumper was replaced at a local body shop. I then needed the Polysteel treatment applied to the new bumper. The vehicle was also due for an oil change and routine service. I also wanted to find out why it averages 16 to 17 MPG. When I returned to pick up the vehicle it was obvious that much of the bumper had not even been cleaned off. This was particularly disconcerting, as when the car was purchased and originally treated, the roof was not done. Is this incompetence, laziness or something worse? As to the poor mileage, I was told that it was checked for service codes and none were found. I knew that, but erroneously thought they would check further for the fuel system inefficiency. I should have known better. When I bought this vehicle I was very specific in asking about the mileage, as it factored into my purchase decision. I was told that the window sticker was accurate, 18 to 23 with a combined 21. Including several long trips I have only once averaged above 21 MPG and I have had this vehicle nine months. Also, the average MPG shown on the instrument panel is never accurate. I will say that the employees are always very pleasant. Perhaps my experience with the service department is not typical, although I do have reason to believe otherwise. More
