1st New Car Service I had my 1st service performed on my 2014 Nissan Altima and I was pleased. The car came back looking better and feeling better than when I took it in I had my 1st service performed on my 2014 Nissan Altima and I was pleased. The car came back looking better and feeling better than when I took it in. It drives smoothly and the tire pressures were adjusted. My service was an oil change and I was pleased. It is just as quick as was advertised. Service technicians were pleasant and kept my husband informed all of the way. Really enjoying the Nissan experience at Younger Nissan. More

Oil Change I purchased my Rogue from Younger last year and used #3 of 5 of my Free Oil Change with Purchase last week, and this was the best experience so far. I I purchased my Rogue from Younger last year and used #3 of 5 of my Free Oil Change with Purchase last week, and this was the best experience so far. I was greeted by Doug Rice upon pulling my vehicle into the express garage. I told him I was there for an oil change. He offered the upgrade oil change, which I declined. I also asked him to check my tire pressure as the light in my dash was on for it. I gave my keys and sat in the waiting room. Approx 30 min later, Doug informs me that I have another nail in my left rear tire. (I had a plug put in the same tire last oil change for the same reason) I asked him to hold off on ordering a new tire. A few minutes later he came back with my receipt and a business card. On his business card, he wrote ALL the information I would need to purchase a new tire to match my others. One negative thing I have noticed. With the cold weather finally here, I have had 2 mornings now where my Windshield Washer Fluid appears to be frozen and is not operable. Even after warming my car up for 10+ minutes, my fluid still doesn't come out. I personally haven't added any fluid in, so I assume it is refilled during my oil changes. I am unsure why it is freezing. More

Doug is very informative and does a very thorough job in explaining what needs to be done with your car. Up to this day, we have been able to take our car for any questions or concerns. Great Experience The day after Christmas my car wouldn't start. I was visiting family from out of town. I called the nearest dealership in a panic and spoke to Doug Rice who explained what might be the issue, walked me through the steps to get my vehicle into the dealership what to expect. I called the recommended towing company who were great. I got to the dealership and they worked on my vehicle quickly taking into consideration that I was waiting and from out of town. They fixed the problem and got me out of there quickly. Great experience and great employees. More
Great Service! My experience was for a service appointment but I have purchased two vehicles from this dealership also. The service personnel strike me as honest and My experience was for a service appointment but I have purchased two vehicles from this dealership also. The service personnel strike me as honest and trustworthy. Cost may be a little higher because it is a dealership but the hours are longer so more convenient for pickup and drop off. The only complaint I have is that the courtesy van only operates 9-5 Mon-Fri. More
