Made Maxine beautiful again! Within a weeks notice, they were able to fit me in to fix the left side of my Nissan Maxima "Maxine" after she was side swiped. They greatly respected Within a weeks notice, they were able to fit me in to fix the left side of my Nissan Maxima "Maxine" after she was side swiped. They greatly respected my one day time frame turn around and had her back to me in five hours. They even walked me through step by step how they would be servicing her. I felt a great deal of respect and a valued customer at 23 years old. Amazing service and amazing people! More

Personnel was very helpful, service not very knowledgeable Brought our "new to us' 2013 Infiniti in for what seemed to be a simple issue of dash lights (traction and brake) coming on frequently. After several Brought our "new to us' 2013 Infiniti in for what seemed to be a simple issue of dash lights (traction and brake) coming on frequently. After several phone calls and an in person consult with the service manager our car was sent home with no repair being done. Once we got it home and did some research on our own, we added some brake fluid and remedied the situation ourselves. Really glad we fixed the problem but feel like the service department should have been able to take care of this right away. I am a little disappointed that Frederick Nissan does not seem to want to stand behind their sales. I sure hope this is not the case. In addition, the condition of our car when we got it back was terrible. We had some paint work done. There was overspray all over the back windshield and all over the back seat and inside of the back door. What happened to cleaning and washing the cars after service? What happened to real customer service? More
