If I am not mistaken I believe his name is Nick Dibiase. Not a very warm personality and since I was in Hospitality Management for 14 years I recognize good service when I receive it. Jeff is very personable and down to earth but almost seemed reluctant to negotiate the price of our vehicle because of his manager. We bought a 09 Nissan Versa last year from a dealer here in PA and the experience with Frederick was not as nearly as nice. Sorry.

Anyways - again, very sorry that Nick came across the wrong way. I have brought this to his attention and we discussed it. I know sometimes he has a "dead" stare to him and I have asked that he works on this in the future. As for the price of the vehicle - I don't get into the transactions but I'm confident that you have a fantastic vehicle and the Frontier will offer you years of reliability. I also hope you take advantage of our 3 for Free program and bring your Nissan here for service. Gary Lewis, our service manager is one of the nicest guys you can meet.
