I just purchaced a 2002 Buick Regal at Frederick Nissan at Frederick Maryland. overall i am very Happy with the low milage car i bought. The sales and financing staff were very friendly and accomodating. I was greeted at the door on our first visit by the sales personnel and it took less than 20 minutes before we were able to test drive accomodating. The purchase experience was pleasant with every effort made to make us feel happy about our purchase. Throughout our visits both adults and children were made to feel a part of the process. Advisor said labor high because part needs programmed, info I found shows it doesnt. Advisor said use only Nissan parts but I know Bosch makes it and I could have bought for $500 less at Napa.Heard they r info I found shows it doesnt. I have been nothing but impressed with Frederick Nissan since I purchased my 2010 Sentra there in May of 2010. Their "3 for Free" program has been very valuable. I get every other oil change for free as since I purchased my 2010 Sentra there in May of 2010. Their "3 for Free" program has been very valuable. I get every other oil change for free as well as a free car wash by hand and free loaner if ever I should need one! They are always fast and friendly. I was never the kind of person to take my car to the dealer for service, but they make it incredibly easy and relatively reasonable to do so. More

This experience was nothing short of CONVENIENT. Jeff had the car ready for us to test drive and he knew we'd love it! We took it for a spin, told Jeff we loved it, and within a short time, we were driving h the car ready for us to test drive and he knew we'd love it! The initial contact and purchase experience was very positive and if this is any indication of the dealer's continued service and support, I expect this to be a positive relationship. The sales representative did not pressure us into anything but allowed us to determine what we wanted. The finance process was very quick and streamlined. It was in the evening but the service department quickly polished up the vehicle and prepared it for us to take home. Overall this was a very positive experience. More
