I am very happy with the speed in which service created and programmed a new key for my Altima. The customer lounge area was clean and easy to wait in. and programmed a new key for my Altima. The customer lounge area was clean and easy to wait in. More

Friendly, helpful, accommodating. When we experienced problems, they worked very hard to correct them and make things right. I was looking at a used commuter car for my father and I have worked with Kyle Warfield in the past. Kyle is very knowledgable and extremely easy to work with. Kyle and I share the love of Denver football and especially Tim Tebow. Kyle has sold me cars in the past, along with family members, and I will continue to work with him, and only him in the future. Thank you for making this car buying experience a very easy one. More
Alvin Baylor, our salesman, was awesome. He provided helpful information about the car - and he was talking to my well-versed-in-car-knowlege husband - so we knew that he genuinely knew about the car. helpful information about the car - and he was talking to my well-versed-in-car-knowlege husband - so we knew that he genuinely knew about the car. He represented the car/brand with sincerity and integrity and made our experience at Frederick Nissan a positive one. We also worked with Ed Belaznay to do our financing. He was also very helpful. Overall, our experience was positive because we did not feel pressured, but informed, and valued as a potential customer. We believe the dealership worked in our best interest to get the best deal possible. Thanks Frederick Nissan! We love our car! More
I usually have a disappointing experience at this shop, but had a pretty good one yesterday. What made this service experience so great was the employee who handled the repairs. Although Doug was the beare but had a pretty good one yesterday. What made this service experience so great was the employee who handled the repairs. Although Doug was the bearer of bad news (specifically that a car I bought used less than 1 year ago already needed a new battery and belts!!!!), it wasn't technically HIS fault and took time to explain what work was needed, and how urgent each repair was (or wasn't). He also found a quick and super-easy solution to an on-going problem that other employees have said would be incredibly complicated and expensive to diagnose and repair. I had been putting off this one small repair on my key-less entry because another employee at the service center said it could take hours of diagnosis, hundreds of dollars in labor costs, and there would still be no guarantee it could be fixed. Doug changed the battery and fixed the problem in 2 minutes. Although my overall impression of this dealership is that they do not perform due diligence to ensure customers have a consistent and prolonged positive experience with their cars & staff, the experience I had yesterday was the most positive one so far. However, despite my positive experience yesterday, I would not recommend this dealership to others. More
My car had been towed in so the dealer could make a new key for me.The servicewoman that took my information never processed my ticket. When I called the next day I was very upset that in a 24 hour period key for me.The servicewoman that took my information never processed my ticket. When I called the next day I was very upset that in a 24 hour period my key had not been made. In short the servicewoman responsibl, not only took full responsibility, but made an exra key for me. I was not easy to deal with but she was a consumate professional and made thing's "right" She is to be commended as a quality employee! More
So I dropped my 2004 Nissan Armada off for an oil change and tire rotation and balance 2/25/12 I asked on the overnight drop box if there may have been a recall for the abs system and if someone would take and tire rotation and balance 2/25/12 I asked on the overnight drop box if there may have been a recall for the abs system and if someone would take a look to see why when i use the remote to lock the car the horn does not beep. I was notified that I would need a diagnostic ran for 99.00 to see about the abs system, Mind you I have already looked on line and you tube about the products problem dted back to 2008 to present! I gave OK to run check. I was called back and informed I needed a booster and actuator plus I needed front and rear rotors and brake pads. I was given a price over the phone as well as on the receipt. I opted not to get the service at this time. I came picked up my vehicle and had a second mechanic take a look at my brakes so that I could get them fixed as soon as possible because i have endured all the problems with the cheap pads and rotors that was orignally stock when I brought the truck brand new. So as I am waiting to drop off my paper work I noticed the ten point inspection paper attached to my Nissan receipt. Well The Mechanic that worked on my vehicle marked that my brakes were Checked and Okay in the green zone. The second mechanic that took a look at my brakes stated they did not warrant repair or replaced for quite some time not even in the near future. So what the hell are you all trying to do rip customers off? I had just started coming there again because when I do get service there I like it instead of having to drive all the way to Tyson's corner when I live right here in Frederick but again I have been disappointed will no longer be brining any of our two Nissan vehicles to get serviced there again. I will endure the drive to an honest dealer. More
I gave this rating due to the poor customer service I received while dealing with this dealer. I call and emailed Steve Latour several question but he never got back to me within the time promised and fo received while dealing with this dealer. I call and emailed Steve Latour several question but he never got back to me within the time promised and for some of the questions I never got a response. That should have been my sign to walk away then. When I was ready to purchase the vehicle both Steve the sales manager keep walking away to tend to other customers or do other things. I never had their full attention during the purchase process. After waiting several hours they turned me over to the finance person without me agreeing to a final price and informing me what it would include. The SUV I purchased was a trade in and had to have service work done before it could pass Maryland inspection. The service work performed was horrible. During the service they lost the wheel lock key, they also had the write lettering of one of the new tires facing out while the other three tires were all black, and they did not bleed the brakes after they had installed new brake pads. Since the brakes were not bled one of the brake locked up when I had to perform a emergency stop. This let to a VERY costly repair all which could have been avoided had the performed the proper service. I will NEVER to business with this dealer again and will tell everyone I know what horrible service I received from them. More
