Battery died due to previous electrical short. Your guys took it in, Jeff Lasko lent me his demo for a loaner and it was requested that I leave the car overnight for a complete positive check. I had just learned that I had a left/driver side brake light out and in reviewing the maintenance manual and investigation how I could replace it myself, I could not figure out how to do it mayself so wit light out and in reviewing the maintenance manual and investigation how I could replace it myself, I could not figure out how to do it mayself so without an appointment stopped by your dealtership and your team had it replaced for me within 20-30 minutes for a very reasonable price. This is a review of two separate visits.The next to the last visit I brought my Versa in for a oil change and requested they take the car around the back of the building to the body shop as a convenience,t last visit I brought my Versa in for a oil change and requested they take the car around the back of the building to the body shop as a convenience,to get an estimate ,(because of my car being keyed), I was told they were not allowed to do so. I don't understand this. On my last visit, I received a quote for a new battery of $105.00 installed. i went to pick up my car and the bill was $125.34,when i inquired about this i was told that it was due to shop supplies. I was in the automotive industry for twelve years,and never had to use shop supplies to change a battery.If anything you receive payment for used batteries from the core company that picks them up for recycling. In short I have purchased two vehicles from this dealership,I will not purchase from them again.As soon as my maintenance contract is expired I will have no further dealings with this company unless they make this right. More
All i wanna is to have trust in quality - so, if i came to change oil and i asked for a synthetic oil and 5W30, then i wanna make sure i did get in fact synthetic and 5w-30 and not regular 10w30 for examp to change oil and i asked for a synthetic oil and 5W30, then i wanna make sure i did get in fact synthetic and 5w-30 and not regular 10w30 for example. There is no way to find that one out, so all i wanna know is that i can trust the mechanic and so on to do that thing! If you guys can work on that and pretty much say it with confidence that's what it happens then it would be nothing but great. Also, going beyond and above for customer is always appreciated...Last time i had a horrible experience with a service rep (i do not believe he works there anymore), but all i wanted to ask that while my oil being changed i wanted a mechanic to put a missing bold in my exhaust hinge and tighten it (i even had my own bolt) and i had to argue with service rep about it since he wanted to charge me $30 - that sh.t was ridiculous! Doing it as a favor and for free that's what would consider going above and beyond, this is cost to a dealership nothing, but a lot to customer and its fairly reasonable request. I was happy when i got an email from Service Manager and this was resolved, even though i had to take care of that little issue myself. but anyway, lately been nothing but a good experience with a service and dealership itself. More
This buying process was exceptional. We were able to work out a great deal and I am completely satisfied with the entire process. I did not feel pressured or pushed to buy the vehicle or any other options (extended warranties, etc.). I would recommend this dealership and would buy another vehicle from them. Hopefully the service will be as good as the buying process. More
JEFF, ED AND MARTY ARE TOTALLY KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT CARS, FINANCING, AND SERVICE. WE PURCHASE TWO CARS OVER LABOR DAY WEEKEND... JEFF KNEW ALL ABOUT ALL THE CARS WE LOOKED AT AND GAVE IN-DEPTH INSTRUCTION A FINANCING, AND SERVICE. WE PURCHASE TWO CARS OVER LABOR DAY WEEKEND... JEFF KNEW ALL ABOUT ALL THE CARS WE LOOKED AT AND GAVE IN-DEPTH INSTRUCTION ABOUT THE 370Z WE PURCHASED. HE DID THE SAME WITH THE VERSA BUT THE VERSA WAS A PRETTY BASIC MODEL -- NOT TOO MANY BELLS AND WHISTLES. WITH THE 370Z, HE CALLED US AFTER THE PURCHASE BECAUSE HE JUST GOT OUT OF TRAINING AND WANTED TO SHOW US ADDITIONAL FEATURES. ED WAS GREAT BECAUSE HE POINTED OUT WHAT WE DID AND DIDN'T NEED FOR EACH VEHICLE AND FINANCING SCENARIO. MARTY HAS ALWAYS BEEN GREAT WITH SERVICE AND REPAIRS ON OUR TWO OTHER OLDER DATSUN/NISSANS AND TOOK CARE OF OUR PUNCH LIST ON THE NEW 370Z IN ONE DAY. WE'VE ALREADY RECOMMENDED FREDERICK NISSAN TO THREE OTHER FRIENDS WHO WERE "WOWED" BY THE NEW Z. WE ALSO GOT A GREAT TRADE IN VALUE ON OUR TRADE IN. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK GUYS! More
Gary -- I came in yesterday with a list of six items and all were resolved in one way or another. I am not satisfied with Corporate Nissan's response to the "squeaky brake problem", which your mechanic con all were resolved in one way or another. I am not satisfied with Corporate Nissan's response to the "squeaky brake problem", which your mechanic contacted Nissan's Service Area Rep. directly and their response was "that's the way it is"!! This is the second Pathfinder we've puchased - first one was a 2001 model - and in comparison to the 2010 LE the 2001 model rode better, had a better visor design, better MPG and wasn't as noisy inside. It had double visors to use at the same for the front and side all built into one location - the 2010 has a single visor and when used on the side there's no protection in front - in the side position the visor is not steady and jumps up and down - again very poor design for a $40,000 SUV!! Also the 2010 visors will not stay in a position where placed - in the full up position they don't stay and drop down slightly. Marty has a replacement set on order; however, I don't hold out much hope for them operating correctly or any better because they'll be the same poor design. After recent Body Shop repairs were completed, the trunk floor had a grease spot and a general light mess. This was cleaned up to my satisfaction. Otherwise, yesterday's service was acomplished completely and thoroughly as always. I've done a pretty good job on your eyes and brain with all my comments, but if you are able to convey my design complaints to Nissan Design Dept., may be they'll put some sensible things back into the Pathfinder, rather than so many "bells and whistles", which are a distraction to safe driving principles and concentration for the driver!
