Process took a little too long for me. I was there for about 4 hours making the purchase. Martin was great, but I suspect the paperwork process was the culprite. I even had my financing pre-arranged. It was the third purchase I have made at the dealership and all three have taken a long time to complete. I also do not like using the sales person as the go between when negotiating the price. either give the salesperson the power to negotiate or show me the courtesy of being able to negotiate with the person who has the authority to do so face to face. This was my first time purchasing a car on my own as a young adult. It didn't help that the reason for this was totaling my previous car, and now rushed and stressed to by a new one. I went to many many dealers to find a used 350z and ended up here as a last hope, far from home. I was promptly greeted by Kyle, and after brief introductions I was in a test drive. Kyle was very informative, answering all questions promptly and honestly, and was very respectful. I left an offer that night, and purchased the car the next day. Kyle took very good care of me. All the staff there are quite pleasurable. There is no high pressure, no rush, etc. All are very friendly and helpful. When it came down to paperwork, Wendy clearly explained to me things I didn't quite understand. Overall a great experience. Great price with rebate that local dealership could not or would not compete with. Nice Dealer and honored the advertise price. This dealer did not try to upgrade me or pressure me in any way. The wait was a little long but I did not expect to leave with the truck that same day. This is not the first car I purchased and I'm passed middle age. I will recommend this to a friend and will consider them for the future. P.S. This dealer is over a three hour drive for me but well worth the experience. More

I sent out emails with what I wanted and within the hour, I received 1st an email letting me know that Frederick Nissan would put together pricing and information to get me what I wanted. The email was followed up with a call from one of the Best sales men; Martin Jones. He worked with me for a week in pricing, colors, options, and every little thing I could think of for my car. Not only did I feel confident in his work, I knew that I could trust him to be honest and upfront. Martin made sure that even if I didn't get the car from Frederick Nissan, other dealers wouldn't be dishonest with me about what they would offer. Though other dealers made offers nothing could beat Martin's customer service, and honesty. Along with Martin I had the chance to meet the other sales men and service technicians. I feel confident, and sure that my car will be taken care of when I go in for my first oil change. Martin has to be one of the best sales men I've communicated with, and I appreciate his time and efforts to help me get fitted with the right car; which I purchased from him. I was greeted at the door on our first visit by the sales personnel and it took less than 20 minutes before we were able to test drive accomodating.
