This is the second time that I have gone in for regular maintenance service. I have found it easy to sign up for an appointment, I have been called to be reminded and everyone in the service area has been maintenance service. Recently I brought an Armada. I brought my truck in just for an oil change but I felt like the dealership treated me very well regardless. The service was excellent. My car needed regular service oil change tire rotation, etc. The service team said service would take about an hour wich it did. I recently drove to this dealership, which is about 100 miles away from my home town. I had done my homework at home and was ready for the next step. This dealership advertises 125% of Kelly Blue Book but miles away from my home town. I had done my homework at home and was ready for the next step. This dealership advertises 125% of Kelly Blue Book but they do not honor it. They have/had a Nissan Pathfinder leftover 2010 marked down. I called down to find out if that was the true price or one of those "fake" markdowns. Dealers like to put all the incentives on there vehicles then tell you you don't qualify for them and we have to raise the price. I was told by my salesman that the price was a true price, the manager wants to sale the leftover. I drive all the way down, only to be told in a matter of 20 minutes that my credit score was not good. I pulled my Experian score out(I had gotten it before I went down there) and showed them that my credit score was not bad. My salesman walks away...never allowing me to speak with the finance department, comes back 15 minutes later with my keys in his hand and said sorry we can't help you. I left very upset at the bull I had just been put through. I called my salesman on my way home and ask him for the numbers they came up with, so I could present it to my bank, he stated he did not have them.I asked him how much was the dealership giving me for trade value? He started to stutter telling me that they called the Chevy dealerships to try and come up with a value. I told him it was on KBB, I had already looked it up. He stated you can buy a new one for less then what your is worth. I stated yes but it will not have the equipment that mine has, I hung up the phone. The next day I get a phone call from the finance dept.of this dealership wanting to know what they could do to get me to buy that Pathfinder, they actually left a message. I have tried for two days to contact them.....(they are never working) More
