Dealership offered over 100% (only words) for my trade Dealership offered over 100% (only words) for my trade but they fell short on what Kelly Blue Book was offering at a good status which was $13,50 Dealership offered over 100% (only words) for my trade but they fell short on what Kelly Blue Book was offering at a good status which was $13,500 for my 2006 Murano SL AWD. Instead, the dealership offered me $11,000 for my trade with no explanation. Dealership did not give me the incentives Nissan was offering until I refused their Protection Package - they baited me back to the dealership by telling me over the phone, after I signed paperwork that they were going to work in the Protection Package but when I got there, they had included it in the new numbers they had worked up. They added $500.00 of Nissan factory incentives that they had forgotten to include in the original paperwork then subtracted for the Protection Package which was around $450.00. I originally told then I did not want the Protection Package but they were determined to get me to pay for this service I had refused - classic bait and switch. I will not buy another vehicle from this dealership, I like the brand and I like their service department but not their sales department. More

I don't feel like I got the best deal on my purchase. The salesperson couldn't have been any sweeter but I felt like a game was being played on me from the minute I saw the car. Did not really get a chance to look over the car for being pushed by the salesperson, plus it was night time. Felted supervised from the moment I arrived. Decided not to purchase that night because I was a little shocked about the deal they offered or lack there of. The Salesperson called me back several days implying there was a deal to be made because they really needed to sell the vehicle. Insisting that I come back in to hear the new deal they had to offer. So I did, and was given the same deal as days before. But they did finally agree to come down on the payment alittle (definetly not the one I had in mind) only to send over into another room with the finance person who added things back into the loan bringing my payment right back up to where it was when I started. Aftering having to purchase items for my vehicle and not hearing anything from the dealership for days about them, I decided to call to check the status only to find out the items where in but no one bothered to call. And then last but not least I make an appointment to have a sealer I purchased applied to my vehicle only for them to have my car all day then call me to say they couldn't fit me in and needed to keep my car another day. I declined and plan to reschedule. Bad experience from day one. I have decided never to purchase another Nissan and would definitely not recommend to family or friends to purchase one either, especially not from this dealership. More

As usual, FN was outstanding. The service is friendly and quick and the staff is wonderful. I enjoy being able to roam the showroom and not have salespeople all over me while I wait for service, and there ar quick and the staff is wonderful. My driveway is 600 feet long, and every winter, I get stuck at home any time there is more than 6 inches of snow because my 1999 Camry just can't make up the driveway. I decided it was time for a vehicle with all-wheel or 4-wheel drive, and fell in love with the Murano after looking at a Highlander, a RAV4, an Escape, a CRV and an Outback. Plus, two co-workers own a Murano and LOVE their vehicles. I visited two other Nissan dealerships (closer to my home) before visiting Frederick Nissan, which happened to have a great selection of Muranos listed on their website. Kyle Warfield, my sales representative, was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and answered my questions about the different models of the Murano. I settled on the Graphite Blue LE. We agreed upon a fair price (using internet pricing comparisons from other dealers). The financing process was quick and painless - I was able to take advantage of the current 0% finance rate. After the sale, Kyle spent quite a bit of time explaining the extensive list of features in my new Murano. This was my first experience with Nissan - it was a great, no-pressure purchase and I would recommend Kyle and Frederick Nissan to anyone considering the purchase of a Nissan. I hope that any follow-up appointments for service are also positive. More
I noticed a very large van in the lot one Sunday, which was not the typical type of vehicle the dealership carries or the type of vehicle I would normally seek. However, I recently opened a catering company and was in need of a larger vehicle. I was driving the Nissan Frontier I purchased from Frederick Nissan in 2002. I really loved my truck and I love Nissans, but my business was calling for a larger vehicle. I inquired about the van online and was contacted by Martin almost immediately. I was on a very tight budget, and was willing to wait for another van if I couldn't work out a great deal on this one. At first, though Martin was very helpful, the numbers were not adding up to a deal I could afford. After a few rounds, I was offered a very good deal on my trade and a price I could work with. The deal was done quickly and efficiently. I came by the dealership the next day with payment, knowing that Martin was enjoying a day off. I just wanted to leave the payment to hold the van through the weekend while I went on a short trip. Nick and Jeff took over and got the paperwork done for me that day, which I didn't even ask them to do. I believe credit for the sale should be shared between Martin and Jeff Lasko. Jeff spent about an hour preparing paperwork and getting my vehicle ready for me to take home. He was gracious and very helpful to me. Nick and Ed also did an exceptional job tying up the loose ends. To be honest, the only thing I was disappointed in was the fact that Steve Farley was walking around the day I purchased the van and never even acknowledged my presence. I provided his dealership with a very smooth and easy sale, and would have appreciated a word of thanks or at least a greeting from him. I have always really loved dealing with Frederick Nissan, and I miss seeing Gene Hickman around the dealership smiling and checking in on everyone. Mr. Farley may have been extra busy that day, but he passed by me at least 4 times without so much as glancing in my direction. Besides this, I had a very good experience and am enjoying my new van.
