Our experience in buying a used car at Frederick Nissan was a pleasant experience. Although our salesperson was not able to show us the car that we had come to drive, he was able to show us a number of ot was a pleasant experience. Although our salesperson was not able to show us the car that we had come to drive, he was able to show us a number of other choices in our price range that suited all of our needs. Once we had picked out a car that we wanted to purchase, the negotiations were cordial, prompt and forthright. We were able to come quickly to an acceptable price and didn't feel hassled as we have at some other dealerships. Altogether we were very pleased and impressed with the service that we received and would certainly recommend Frederick Nissan to anyone shopping for a used car. More

As usual my experience with Frederick Nissan was nothing short of outstanding. You got me in fast, completed my oil change and inspected the vehicle. I went in to have a diagnostics test due to catalytic converter problems. Doug and his service team confirmed this information and I am awaiting scheduling my next appointment as there is a list of thin converter problems. Doug and his service team confirmed this information and I am awaiting scheduling my next appointment as there is a list of things that I need done (since the car also hit 100,000 miles). There was a bill of approximately $100 after the diagnostics test that I did not recall agreeing upon. Doug immediately took care of this bill with no problems. More

I had an appointment for 30K mile service. When I arrived, I was immediately greeted in a very friendly manner. The service advisor went over all of the work that would be done on the car and asked arrived, I was immediately greeted in a very friendly manner. The service advisor went over all of the work that would be done on the car and asked if there were any other problems to take care of. My key fob wasn't working so that was checked and the battery replaced. The car was washed and from the outside actually looked like it had been detailed - at no additional cost. One of the screws for the front license plate was stripped. It was replaced at no additional cost with a larger screw. The service advisor told me when I could expect the service to be finished and then kept me up to date about every half hour as I was waiting for the car. I got a chance to read the paper and have a couple of the complimentary cookies and bottled water while I waited in the lounge. Noticing that I was a senior, the service advisor made sure that I got a discount on the service. When the car was ready, she went over the checklist to explain what was done and what the various measurements (brakes, tires) meant. She was great and extremely pleasant. It helped make the experience very relaxing and enjoyable. More

We were sent to the Frederick Nissan dealership with our 2008 Nissan Xterra after having repair issues with new tires we had put on at Sears Auto Center. Sears broke one of our TPS after replacing our tires, and didn't tell us they broke it until we were having issues. They could not fix the problem they created so sent us to the Nissan dealership to hopefully help us. We were frustrated and upset after dealing with Sears. We were welcomed by Leonie Null. She was friendly, professional, empathetic and quickly turned around our day. She took our vehicle back quickly and the service tech had answers for us in quick few minutes. Leonie dealt with the payment arrangements direct with Sears, leaving us out of the middle. The service tech fixed the problem Sears created and came out to explain the problem to us. Thanks to Nissan's friendly, quick, reliable service our Xterra is once again in working order! More
