gypsee, I can understand your frustration. Unfortunately, not every car qualifies for 125% of Kelly Blue Book Value. As much as we love our own cars and feel as if they are in "excellent" condition, I'm sure you can agree not too many pre-owned vehicles are in Excellent condition. If a sales person told you a pre-owned vehicle was in excellent condition but when you arrived it had some wear and tear in the seats and a few scratches in the hood and bumper, I'm sure the average customer would say this vehicle was not in "excellent" condition. I'm sure you agree that each opinions and terminology used to describe conditions can be a gray area for most of us. Due to your personal security we would never discuss your credit here on an open forum. Keep in mind the banks look at 2 other credit bureaus and full history. I wish we could persuade the banks to our and the consumers favor, believe me we have tried, but with little to no luck. :) We again apologize for your less than rewarding experience and for not being able to work a deal out for you. We are in the business to sell you a car while making it a rewarding experience.
