The service department at Frederick Nissan is the BEST! Marty and Doug are wonderful to work with and easy to talk to. They always explain what work is needed and what will be done. I have to send my praises (very delayed) to Marty and the service department. Two or three winters ago, I heard a noise that I thought was related to a belt. It was actually the timing chain and it ended up that my Quest needed to have the engine rebuilt. This process took about 2-3 weeks to diagnose and repair. Marty kept me informed and was often apologetic as to how long it was taking. This Quest is now going on 7 years. We have been Nissan customers since the mid-1980's and plan to continue to be. The quality and dependability of your cars is outstanding. Our first was the Stanza wagon and I'm on my 4th or 5th Quest (only because I wanted new features, not because they "wore out"). It has been the rare occasion (such as with my Quest) that we have had to come in for unscheduled service. I always know that I can depend on my Nissan and the service department to be there for me. I had a great experience at Frederick Nissan. Unlike at some other dealerships I visited, here my salesman was very interested in what I wanted, rather than simply being pushy or disconnected. My test drive was "no pressure" and I was directed to a great route to really open the engine up. The vehicle price was agreeable and the sale was executed with ease. I would highly recommend! My one suggestion - I had ordered rear tires for my 370 Z the week prior (at your parts department) and when it was discovered the tires are no longer avaialable through Nissan, I shoudl have been contacted. the week prior (at your parts department) and when it was discovered the tires are no longer avaialable through Nissan, I shoudl have been contacted. If I would have known this before bringing the car in for service, I could have had made other arrangements (from tirerack.com)to have tires shipped to Nissan. Unfortunately, I now have to bring my car in a second time to have the tires installed. More

Which I honestly RESPECTED! Most car dealers just want your money and could care less about you, but he didn’t. I didn’t leave till after closing and he stayed to make sure that I got out fine, and that everything was taken care of. I would not hesitate to recommend him or the dealership to everyone I know! I find everyone to be friendly, straight forward, helpful and vested in my being a satisfied customer. As for sales: Kyle worked hard to make a sale in all the right ways. No pushing and willing to spend as much time as it took to answer all my questions. He was truly a pleasure to work with. Finance Reps were also rock solid in making sure I a. got the numbers down to something I could live with and was happy with and b. made sure I understood what I was signing and what my maintenance package and options included. Incredibly pleasant car buying experience all around, both times I've been. As for Service: Marty and staff are also straight forward, easy to work with, accommodating and have my complete trust. If a service can wait, they let me know how long. Their drive up no appointment basic service option is terrific. I've never waited longer than an hour for an oil change and its a pleasant wait thanks to the comfy leather chairs, plasma tvs, plethora of magazines, cafe area and best of all - a sound-proof glass enclosed playroom for my daughter that is the dealership lounge. I am a repeat customer because of the great service I've received at Frederick Nissan. More
I walked in this dealership with the intention of "just looking." When I was introduced to Tommy, I was really impressed. He was compliant with all my requests. He knew a lot about the car and answered all my questions. He took his time with us. It was nice to do business with someone who was so professional, but yet easy to relate to. I also found that other members of the staff were friendly and accomdating. It was a real pleasure to be there. I thoroughly enjoyed my visit there. I'm still waiting on my $25 gift card Tommy :) More
