Great price with rebate that local dealership could not or would not compete with. Nice Dealer and honored the advertise price. I am sure we all go for the great advertised price and when we get there its gone and we leave with a vehicle. We get home and after the car high wears off we realized what has happened. This dealer did not try to upgrade me or pressure me in any way. The wait was a little long but I did not expect to leave with the truck that same day. This is not the first car I purchased and I'm passed middle age. I will recommend this to a friend and will consider them for the future. P.S. This dealer is over a three hour drive for me but well worth the experience. More
FREDERICK NISSAN is Grade A, in customer service, and also in a trusting business. My recent venture for a new car lead me to so many different dealerships for a new Altima. I sent out emails with what I wanted and within the hour, I received 1st an email letting me know that Frederick Nissan would put together pricing and information to get me what I wanted. The email was followed up with a call from one of the Best sales men; Martin Jones. He worked with me for a week in pricing, colors, options, and every little thing I could think of for my car. Not only did I feel confident in his work, I knew that I could trust him to be honest and upfront. Martin made sure that even if I didn't get the car from Frederick Nissan, other dealers wouldn't be dishonest with me about what they would offer. Though other dealers made offers nothing could beat Martin's customer service, and honesty. Along with Martin I had the chance to meet the other sales men and service technicians. I feel confident, and sure that my car will be taken care of when I go in for my first oil change. Martin has to be one of the best sales men I've communicated with, and I appreciate his time and efforts to help me get fitted with the right car; which I purchased from him. I appreciate Frederick Nissan, and all of the wonderful finance people, and GM that worked with myself and Martin to get me excellent pricing, and Martin for helping choose options, and color. The sales and financing staff were very friendly and accomodating. I was greeted at the door on our first visit by the sales personnel and it took less than 20 minutes before we were able to test drive accomodating. The purchase experience was pleasant with every effort made to make us feel happy about our purchase. Throughout our visits both adults and children were made to feel a part of the process. I just purchaced a 2002 Buick Regal at Frederick Nissan at Frederick Maryland. overall i am very Happy with the low milage car i bought. Advisor said labor high because part needs programmed, info I found shows it doesnt. Advisor said use only Nissan parts but I know Bosch makes it and I could have bought for $500 less at Napa.Heard they r info I found shows it doesnt. I have been nothing but impressed with Frederick Nissan since I purchased my 2010 Sentra there in May of 2010. Their "3 for Free" program has been very valuable. I get every other oil change for free as since I purchased my 2010 Sentra there in May of 2010. Their "3 for Free" program has been very valuable. I get every other oil change for free as well as a free car wash by hand and free loaner if ever I should need one! They are always fast and friendly. I was never the kind of person to take my car to the dealer for service, but they make it incredibly easy and relatively reasonable to do so. More
Frederick Nissan has the most knowledgeable sales staff of any dealership. My salesman, Jeff Lasko was very detail-oriented in the sale of my new Sentra. This experience was nothing short of CONVENIENT. Jeff had the car ready for us to test drive and he knew we'd love it! We took it for a spin, told Jeff we loved it, and within a short time, we were driving h the car ready for us to test drive and he knew we'd love it! Jeff went over the details of the car from top to bottom filling us in on all the things our new car can do! We took a tour of the dealership, met the service dept. and discussed the service schedule a bit.This is the second time we have bought a car from Jeff and the Nissan team and we couldn't be happier. My experience was better than previous visits. One service that I had agreed to costing $169.00 was determined to be not necessary. I appreciated their honest assessment.
