I definitely would NOT say this is a 5-star dealership. That wouldn't do it any justice. It has to be at LEAST 7-8 stars. From the moment I spoke with Jeff on the phone, to the moment I drove my new vehicle home- this experience was definitely the BEST experience I've had buying a car. I made arrangements to come and speak with Jeff about a new car on 3/26, a Saturday afternoon (of course, the busiest time for car sales during the week) and although he pretty much had a full plate already, he was more than accommodating. As soon as I walked in and was greeted by the receptionist, I was offered a drink and a seat, and Jeff LITERALLY ran out to meet me. He juggled me between the several other customers he had that day, and although I had to wait a little while (which was my fault for coming in so late and with little forewarning), the service from Jeff and everyone at that dealership MORE than made up for it. I had started my car search looking for a USED 2010 Altima that past Monday, and after going through the typical disappointing melee with 4 other dealerships, I took the recommendation of a family member who had bought a car from Jeff just a month earlier, promised, as soon I met Jeff, I KNEW I was buying a car that day. He & James (a sales manager) worked with me AND my trade-in (which had negative equity up the ying-yang), to get me in a car I loved and my payments where I wanted. In the meantime, Jeff ran around endlessly for me trying to make sure I got the options, color, and everything else I wanted. He even took the time to show my mother the car when she stopped in to have a look. I was BEYOND impressed. I finally made it into the office to sign papers with Dave and he was a dear as well and he made the whole experience simple and fluid. Before I left for the day, Jeff helped me transport some of the junk from my old car to my new one, and even sat down and explained every single option in my new car that I may have been unfamiliar with. I cannot say enough good things about this dealership and those who work there and assisted me. Saturday was the first time, I did not leave a dealership feeling like I was "swindled." I was so comfortable that I even purchased the protection package for my car. And usually- I feel like the salesman is already hammering me enough that I don't purchase anything extra, but in this case, I was more than comfortable in the integrity of the people who assisted me. I LOVE LOVE LOVE my new car and I KNOW I'll be more than happy with it. I will definitely recommend Frederick Nissan, Jeff, James & Dave to anybody who even THINKS about buying a new car! They are well worth the praise! And should I buy another Nissan, I already know where my one stop will be. :-) More

My experience was made better by the sales associate Mike Rose. He was straight forward and didn't try any games, he was down to earth and just a great person to deal with. It has been my experience once the sale is made the sales persons interest in your car ownership is over. However with Mike he took the time the next day to go over additional features of the car and he seemed more excited than me. Process took a little too long for me. I was there for about 4 hours making the purchase. Martin was great, but I suspect the paperwork process was the culprite. I even had my financing pre-arranged. I also do not like using the sales person as the go between when negotiating the price. either give the salesperson the power to negotiate or show me the courtesy of being able to negotiate with the person who has the authority to do so face to face. This was my first time purchasing a car on my own as a young adult. It didn't help that the reason for this was totaling my previous car, and now rushed and stressed to by a new one. I went to many many dealers to find a used 350z and ended up here as a last hope, far from home. I was promptly greeted by Kyle, and after brief introductions I was in a test drive. Kyle was very informative, answering all questions promptly and honestly, and was very respectful. I left an offer that night, and purchased the car the next day. Kyle took very good care of me. All the staff there are quite pleasurable. There is no high pressure, no rush, etc. All are very friendly and helpful. When it came down to paperwork, Wendy clearly explained to me things I didn't quite understand. Overall a great experience.
