I thought the customer service was very good. John, my service rep, was friendly and easy to talk to which, in turn, made me feel comfortable about having my car serviced at this dealer. I initially went in for a shaking hood, and within moments they fixed the problem. I also had some other things done, and was pleased with the work. I came in for a check on why my "Service needed" light was on, and had aoil change while I was there. I'm not sure my question of why the light was on was answered. It was a vague, "we think it might be" you left your gas cap loose. Which does not explain why my light comes on and goes off of it's own accord.....I suppose time will tell or I'll be in there again soon. More
Gary, As always, we were totally satisfied with the work you did. The clearcoat that you applied to our new Juke really made it sparkle. The fog lights that you installed makes the front end of the car look sportier and " more aggresive " as my son Matt put it. He couldn't wait to get it back to school to show it off. He took the Juke to a party where everyone was into sporty and fairly highend cars, and the Juke got a lot of oohs and aahhs. It impressed a lot of car enthusiests. The fog lights were important to us, as they get a lot of fog over on Marylands eastern shore. They are a big safety factor. We were pleased to find that you were able to put the switch on the steering column. We thought that we would have a switch on the dash board. You did it just like the factory would have. I should mention that the discount coupon from the Nissan one to one program made it possible to have the lights installed now. It saved us a lot of money. Once again, I want to thank you and Frederick Nissan for your personal help and quality work. The Juke is the 8th car that we have bought from your dealership. I love the Murano that I've been driving for a number of years and I'm pretty sure that another Murano is going to be vehicle number nine. Thanks again for everything, Doug Ventura More
I had a great experience buying my new car from Frederick Nissan. I was very reluctant to buy a foreign car because I have always driven GM cars. I spoke with Jeff Lasko on the phone about a 2012 Nissan Alti Nissan. I was very reluctant to buy a foreign car because I have always driven GM cars. I spoke with Jeff Lasko on the phone about a 2012 Nissan Altima coupe I had found on the Internet. I set up a day and time to test drive the car. I explained to him my hesitance and he assured me I would be happy with the car because of all of its features and the overall way it handled. (And, yes, he was correct!!) What really impressed me was not being pressured to come in that day. I could not get to the dealership for two days and I asked him if he thought the car would still be there and instead of telling me I should come in that day or risk it being sold, he made me feel comfortable to come in when I could. After meeting him, I'm sure had the car been sold, he would have done his best to find me another one. He is such a helpful person and very down to earth and easy to talk to. When I arrived, he brought the car around and went over options on the outside and inside of the car and showed me how to use them. He also told me alot about how the car was made and why. He went over all of the safety features with me and went with me on my test drive. During the test drive, he continued to tell me things about the car and was very knowledgeable about the driving of the car and how it handled. When we returned, my car had been appraised and I was happy with what I was being given for it. It was actually $500 more than the least I had decided to take before I went into the dealership and I thought my number was a little high. After going over payments, they were still a little high for me and they ended up giving me $1,000 more. My deal worked out and I absolutely love my car so far. It is probably one of best handling cars I have ever driven. After all of the paperwork was completed, Jeff helped me move all of my stuff from my old car to the new one. He asked if I had any questions and told me to call if I had any. He followed up the next day to find out how the car was doing and how I liked it. Also, after I read through some of the owner's manual, I had a question and sent him an e-mail. He called me the same day with an answer. I would recommend Jeff to anyone wanting to buy a car, even if you just want to try it out. You will not feel pressured by him in any way. He will be there to provide you with information you need to make your decision. More

We are very disappointed in this car dealership from sales all the way to the service department. We purchased a car from this dealer ship about two months ago. They have failed to properly do their job sales all the way to the service department. We purchased a car from this dealer ship about two months ago. They have failed to properly do their job so many times, we have had to make multiple attempts to go back and sort their mistakes. The final straw was when I was taking my car in to get an oil change and repair a scratch that was put on our brand new car interior when we were installing some post manufacturer additions. At that time we were told that it would be repaired when we came in the near future for an oil change and it would be put in the computer that they were responsible for this repair. When I called to make the appointment to get the oil changed and have the scratch repaired. When I was on the phone with the service representative I was told the person was there to fix scratches on Tuesdays, I specifically mentioned to the representative that the scratch was on the interior driver's side door. When I arrived suddenly there was no one there to repair the scratch and all they could do was an oil change. After putting well over a thousand miles on my new car driving back and forth to this dealership I am giving up on all hope that this dealership will ever live up to their promises. Bad experience and I feel like it was a huge mistake buying the car and taking it for repairs to this dealership. More
Brought my truck (which has had many problems in only 65K miles including replaced transmission, rear axle assembly, front pinion seal and front differential) in for service for an oil change and because my miles including replaced transmission, rear axle assembly, front pinion seal and front differential) in for service for an oil change and because my SLIP light wouldn't turn off. Tech looked at it and said my ABS actuator was bad and had to be replaced to the tune of $1300. I like the dealership very much, but regret buying this truck every day that I drive it. Just waiting for the next thing to go wrong and wipe out my savings AGAIN. The part cost $975 from the dealership, but I have since found it online from a salvage yard for less tha $200. I might try to go that route to save some money. All in all, the dealership is great, but the truck is a lemon (didn't buy it from Frederick Nissan). More

All in all it was a great experience...free oil change, free cookies and hot chocolate, got to see our favorite salesman, Mike Rose, and say hi, efficient service, out in 30 minutes. My truck was inopererable, and he gave me all of the details I needed concerning the vehicle that I purchased, as well as had the service department contact me regarding a price quote to fix my vehicle (in the event that I could not afford to purchase a new vehicle.) Martin understood the situation I was in and worked well with me to get me a new vehicle that I could afford on my budget. Martin was easy to talk to and do business with. He put a nice personal touch on selling. I used to sell insurance in the past, and was always told that people buy from people they like. Martin did a great job and I am completely satisfied with my experience at Frederick Nissan. More
