Overall, the staff were very attentive and nice to work with. As my car was being serviced, John found several recall items that needed to be addressed and scheduled further service at my convenience. with. One problem has arisen, which John has said will be looked at on my next visit. I asked that the AC system be checked because of water dripping into the passenger compartment. They unplugged the condensate drain hole, but the problem has returned. Hopefully, they can correct the problem before I face mold/mildew issues. I will continue to have my car serviced @ Frederick Nissan. Thanks. More

John was very friendly and responsive. Made me feel comfortable and supplied nothing but top level service. HE WAS ALSO PATIENT and showed great customer service. Well the service lady came out to talk to the wife about replacing the airfilter and belts and fluids. My wife said that I would do the airfilter and that she would have to talk to me about the services an replacing the airfilter and belts and fluids. I purchased a filter from the hardware store and went to change the filter only to find that it was not re-installed (the cover was not fastened into place, the clips were loose and the top was open and my wife drove the car home that way. THe filter was a Nissan Filter I had previously replaced it with a Fram filter. Not sure what to say about that. Perhaps you guys replaced it since I previously replaced it but I don't think so. Overall I am unhappy that the filter box was left off. More

Martin had been emailing me for months regarding the soon-to-be-released Nissan Murano CrossCabriolet. This was not the first time I have purchase a new vehicle but it was my first time purchasing a new vehicle at a fantastic dealership like Frederick Nissan. From the time I pulled in to the Frederick Nissan but it was my first time purchasing a new vehicle at a fantastic dealership like Frederick Nissan. From the time I pulled in to the Frederick Nissan dealership to the time I left with my new Nissan Quest I have never been more pleased. My sales person Ingrid was very friendly and full of energy. The new ‘11 Quest has only been out for the last 4 or 5 months and she knew everything about it. She was tasked with a very difficult job of showing/teaching my wife how everything worked this includes two sun roofs, DVD player, radio, all seven seats, wipers, lights, tailgate, removable storage, and a lot more. By the end my wife was so happy I knew I was going to be in the finance office soon. Nick the sales manager was great. I told him the price range that I was comfortable with and he made it happen by getting me the best interest rate!! It’s all most unbelievable how much I appreciate all of his help. And last but not least the Finance office……the room everyone hates to walk into. I usually come out of the finance office feeling miserable and almost sick to my stomach. But not this time, I got the opportunity to work with Dave Kushner and I left feeling Happy. Dave took his time and when through all of the paper work with me and explained each and every detail.
