The only reason I put Customer Service at 4 and not 5 is the length of time it took to complete the sale. Kyle was great! I was greated as soon as I I arrived at Frederick Nissan by Gary. He had a very nice personality and always a warm smile. He explained in detail what was wrong with my car, how much it would cost and so for by Gary. He had a very nice personality and always a warm smile. After putting in new part he came in and let me know it was ready and explained more about the findings of the part they took out to replace. He really did his job and was very professional. I have my Mercury Villager Sport (Nissan Minivan) in for service, to replace broken motor mounts. The service advisor (Martin Gonchar) indicated he would call me with a final price quote, as I am cost conc service, to replace broken motor mounts. The service advisor (Martin Gonchar) indicated he would call me with a final price quote, as I am cost concious and then arrainged a ride to work for me. This all went well, then M. Gonchar called my with a price quote of ~ $620.00, which seemed appropriate, so I accepted. He did NOT advise me that they will NOT be able to pick me up (it was indicated earlier they I would be picked up), so I had to struggle to find a way to the dealership, and when I did FINALLY arrive, I was handed a final bill for $750.00 !!!!! Mr. Gonchar did NOT indicateseveral of these costs to me, therefore I was quite suprised and ANGRY at the fact I have to BOUNCE my checking account as a result of the rather suspicious witholding of information. I am quiet irritated by this situation, and I WILL be informing all new personel I interface with here at Ft. Dertick to AVOID this dealership, if possible. Regards, Dr. Ken Rich More
I had a great experience at Frederick Nissan. My wife and I were both in need of newer vehicles and we loved their selection and variety of used certified cars. They did all they could to work with us to help stay within our budget and we walked away with two great vehicles while staying in our price range. Our sales person, Adam Bradley, was extremely helpful and never came across as pushy. He walked by our side every step of the way, willing to help in any way but was always respectful and let us make the decisions that we needed to make. The rest of the staff that we met were very kind and made our car buying experience a real pleasure. I highly recommend to anyone in need of a new or used vehicle to check out Frederick Nissan and see what they have to offer. More
Dwight was great. He worked very hard to find the right car for us. Everyone in the dealership worked very hard towards getting the right car, right price and right finance option for us. This is the second time that I have gone in for regular maintenance service. I have found it easy to sign up for an appointment, I have been called to be reminded and everyone in the service area has been maintenance service. There was even a call to follow up at the end. If this continues to be the way I am serviced, I will not take my car anywhere else. I have never felt this way about any other dealership! More
