I hate going through the process of purchasing a vehicle but.......dealing with Steve and Nick make it bearable. I have bought numerous vehicles from both of them over the past Pathfinders,Z's & Frontiers, but.......dealing with Steve and Nick make it bearable. I have bought numerous vehicles from both of them over the past Pathfinders,Z's & Frontiers, you name it . Steve and Nick are good guys and I respect their professionalism and knowledge. Brought car in for oil change, warranty repair, and recall service. Both Doug and Lynn were very professional yet friendliness in their customer service. The works were completed for two out of three s recall service. Both Doug and Lynn were very professional yet friendliness in their customer service. The works were completed for two out of three since the part for the warranty work was wrong in its order. Lynn had the service technician (I think it was Steve) explained thoroughly the reason of unable to do the warranty work. The service technician temporarily repaired the item so I can use it until the new part arrive for the work. New part was ordered the same day and Lynn informed me that she would call when it is ready. The price of the oil change was comparable to other establishments. More
This is not the first time purchasing a car from Frederick Nissan. We have now purchased three. We first moved here 6 years ago and our first purchase was 5 years ago. We moved here from Louisiana after Hurricane Katrina. And with our credit issues due to our legal battles with our mortgage company, Frederick Nissan made it possible for us to purchase (and replace) a vehicle lost in the Hurricane. It was refreshing to learn that after 5 years, some of the personnel remember our first visit to the dealership. While making our last purchase (6/4/11), one of the finance personnel came to us and told us that he remembered us from that first time. I would recommend Frederick Nissan to friends and family due our positve experiences each time. Thanks. More

I had found out about Fredick Nissan by searching the web. I had come back from test driving the Rogue at my local dealership. Even though I loved the vehicle, the local dealership could not offer me the Rogue with the amenities I wanted at the price I needed. In fact, the local dealership said the Rogue SL AWD could not be "Given" away. I found my Rogue and the color (Black Amethyst) online at Frederick Nissan. Fredick Nissan had the largest inventory I had searched on the web in the Baltimore-Washington area. Jeff responded to me immediately when I sent an email inquiring about the Rogue. I appreciated that Frederick Nissan did not do a bate and switch. They had the exact vehicle with all the amenities at the price I saw on the internet. I was treated with respect and fairly. I had my own financing and the team at Frederick Nissan did not try to force me to take Nissan financing. Jeff and the team made purchasing a new vehicle a wonderful experience. More
We have been customers of Jenkins Nissan/Frederick Nissan for at least 20 years and have always received EXCELLENT service, either for sales or repairs. They always work with us, the customer. Even the receptionist offered to take a message from me when the service department was busy and couldn't take my call to schedule my appointment for tire replacement, rather than have me "inconvienced" to call back. I was trying to work out a deal with a dealership I have worked with closed to my home, but Martin was me in to your dearlership from a competitor. Went for an oil change (free for three plan) through the "express oil change" line and it was great. Friendly staff and rather quick oil change (took about 35 min) even though I got there 10 min before 5pm "express oil change" line and it was great. Cold water in the fridge for the customers was a nice touch, since it was unbelievably hot outside. Overall - great experience and great feature not to have to set up the appointment or to wait long. Def. will recommend to friends. More
