Well the service lady came out to talk to the wife about replacing the airfilter and belts and fluids. My wife said that I would do the airfilter and that she would have to talk to me about the services an replacing the airfilter and belts and fluids. My wife said that I would do the airfilter and that she would have to talk to me about the services and that we may do it at the next service. I purchased a filter from the hardware store and went to change the filter only to find that it was not re-installed (the cover was not fastened into place, the clips were loose and the top was open and my wife drove the car home that way. THe filter was a Nissan Filter I had previously replaced it with a Fram filter. Not sure what to say about that. Perhaps you guys replaced it since I previously replaced it but I don't think so. Overall I am unhappy that the filter box was left off. More

Martin had been emailing me for months regarding the soon-to-be-released Nissan Murano CrossCabriolet. This was not the first time I have purchase a new vehicle but it was my first time purchasing a new vehicle at a fantastic dealership like Frederick Nissan. From the time I pulled in to the Frederick Nissan but it was my first time purchasing a new vehicle at a fantastic dealership like Frederick Nissan. From the time I pulled in to the Frederick Nissan dealership to the time I left with my new Nissan Quest I have never been more pleased. My sales person Ingrid was very friendly and full of energy. The new ‘11 Quest has only been out for the last 4 or 5 months and she knew everything about it. She was tasked with a very difficult job of showing/teaching my wife how everything worked this includes two sun roofs, DVD player, radio, all seven seats, wipers, lights, tailgate, removable storage, and a lot more. By the end my wife was so happy I knew I was going to be in the finance office soon. Nick the sales manager was great. I told him the price range that I was comfortable with and he made it happen by getting me the best interest rate!! It’s all most unbelievable how much I appreciate all of his help. And last but not least the Finance office……the room everyone hates to walk into. I usually come out of the finance office feeling miserable and almost sick to my stomach. But not this time, I got the opportunity to work with Dave Kushner and I left feeling Happy. Dave took his time and when through all of the paper work with me and explained each and every detail. I thought the customer service was very good. John, my service rep, was friendly and easy to talk to which, in turn, made me feel comfortable about having my car serviced at this dealer. I initially went in for a shaking hood, and within moments they fixed the problem. I also had some other things done, and was pleased with the work. I came in for a check on why my "Service needed" light was on, and had aoil change while I was there. I'm not sure my question of why the light was on was answered. It was a vague, "we think it might be" you left your gas cap loose. Which does not explain why my light comes on and goes off of it's own accord.....I suppose time will tell or I'll be in there again soon. More
Gary, As always, we were totally satisfied with the work you did. The clearcoat that you applied to our new Juke really made it sparkle. The fog lights that you installed makes the front end of the car look sportier and " more aggresive " as my son Matt put it. He couldn't wait to get it back to school to show it off. He took the Juke to a party where everyone was into sporty and fairly highend cars, and the Juke got a lot of oohs and aahhs. It impressed a lot of car enthusiests. The fog lights were important to us, as they get a lot of fog over on Marylands eastern shore. They are a big safety factor. We were pleased to find that you were able to put the switch on the steering column. We thought that we would have a switch on the dash board. You did it just like the factory would have. I should mention that the discount coupon from the Nissan one to one program made it possible to have the lights installed now. It saved us a lot of money. Once again, I want to thank you and Frederick Nissan for your personal help and quality work. The Juke is the 8th car that we have bought from your dealership. I love the Murano that I've been driving for a number of years and I'm pretty sure that another Murano is going to be vehicle number nine. Thanks again for everything, Doug Ventura More
