The customer service was great in the morning when I brought my car in. When I picked my car up not so great. John just took me to sign papers and get my key. He did ask if I had any questions. I did not like that John did not walk to my car with me to look over the sun roof, to say anything about the smell, how it worked or anything. Yes he did give me the information about it but I think he still had an obligation to go over it with me personally.
