It seems that I needed a bunch of things done to my car all at the same time, so it was very expensive for me this time. 60000 mile service, new tires, alignment, etc... I am not a car guy... so I do all at the same time, so it was very expensive for me this time. 60000 mile service, new tires, alignment, etc... I am not a car guy... so I dont do my own service... but it is getting very expensive to do regular maint on a car... I understand the cost of tires etc... but even the $530 on the 60000 mile service seems excessive. These costs will push me to either learn to do basic car maint or look elsewhere for service. More

I had my Cube in for an oil change as part of owner appreciation week; so with my coupon I had no costs for the visit. The staff were excellent and friendly, and service advisor Doug Rice was excep appreciation week; so with my coupon I had no costs for the visit. The staff were excellent and friendly, and service advisor Doug Rice was exceptional. He alerted me that my car was due for its 15k mile inspection; and went over the different options I had by cost. After his detailed explanations I feel confident that I will be returning to Frederick Nissan for all my future work; and feel that going there in the past was always the correct choice. My only one complaint is that I found an oil/grease/whatever soaked paper drop-cloth on the driver side floorboard when I returned to my vehicle when service was complete. I appreciate the care the technicians took to keep my carpet clean, and only hope they can remember to remove that during my future visits- it was quite dirty and not fun to handle. But it did not change my positive opinion of the dealer at all- these things happen. More

My visit on Oct 13th you gave me a free oil change but left tools in the engine compartment. So did I not get a oil change on the 10th that I pay for and receive an oil change on Oct 13 that was free. I left quality of work blank on your survey. Only you can answer that. We unexpectedly found ourselves needing to consider/possibly have to purchase a car this past Saturday. We went to many dealerships while my vehicle was in the shop waiting for news. Frederick Nissan was one of the locations we stopped at. Ingrid Pfeiffer met us was we walked onto the lot and showed us some cars. We explained we really were just looking, as we had not set out in the morning expecting to be spending the day at car dealerships. She was very understanding, did not push, and more importantly did not then “dismiss” us after we explained we had no intention of buying a car that day. As we were about to test drive a car, Ingrid also impressed us with her knowledge of the car, and answered any questions we had right off the bat. She knows her Nissans. We did enjoy the car and it is a consideration for the future. Actually, today I was talking to co-worker about the experience we had Saturday with finding ourselves having to shop around and talked about my experience from very rude car sales person we encountered to the great sales person (Ingrid). I actually gave her Ingrid’s business card, as she is shopping. (Hope she stops by!) Ingrid also followed up with a phone call, I think maybe on Monday?, to ask if there were any questions and to check in. No other sales person has called back from any of the other dealerships – another plus for Nissan. I have had a crazy work week and hadn’t gotten back to her. I then noticed I was getting calls from time to time from a number I didn’t recognize, with no message. This evening I finished my project and decided to call back the number. It was Frederick Nissan customer service survey, following up on my experience at the dealership. Frederick Nissan knows how to follow up with, I assume current customers, but also potential new customers. Another plus for Frederick Nissan. My suggestion though with the follow up survey calls for potential new customers, would to please leave a voicemail – at least the first time that a call is made. Personally it’s frustrating if I can’t answer a call that comes in and there is no message left, but the same number keeps calling. I want to say that for our next car purchase, Nissan will be our first stop. More
I didn't have an appt. Amanda was amazing and friendly, I zipped in and zipped out. They gave my car a bath and it was under an hour! Gotta love that! I had a very brief but very bad experience with this dealership. They listed a vehicle on their website but when I inquired about it they said it wasnt actually at the dealership but it was scheduled to dealership. Well, before I ever even went to the dealership, they lowballed me on my trade in (I had gotten between $450 and $2,000 at other dealerships, I ended up getting $650 when I did buy a car) at $220, and stated I would have to have $2000 down on a car that cost $11,000 brand new. I ended up getting a new car that cost $15,000 with no cash down and a very reasonable payment. What a joke of a dealership. They made no effort to sell me a car or work with me, and thus I will never buy a car from them (though I did end up buying a Nissan) and will never do any service at their dealership if I can help it. what a bad experience! I wasn't originally set up to work with Jeff but the guy I was SCHEDULED to work with that morning took the day off. He found us exactly what we were looking for and made everything very painless. There was some slight haggling over a trade-in price but Jeff got things worked out as I asked for. From walk in to walk out took under two hours with the new keys in hand. I was recommended to the dealership and I strongly recommend them to anyone else on the market. Make sure to have Jeff show you the coffee machine while you're there! Thanks again to the staff of Frederick Nissan; I'll be back. More
