The 60K service is the most comprehensive service your Nissan asks for. Thankfully you won't need this service again for some time. Jerry, I know we have already spoken on the phone but also wanted to respond to you here on DealerRater. Thanks for allowing us to get your oil change sticker replaced and sorry for not taking care of that the first time. As for the tool, it was interesting to find out that was actually not our tool and must had been there from the service shop you used prior. It happens, and it has even happened here before. Believe me - technicians pay a lot of money for their tools. They NEVER want to purposely or accidentally let their tools in someones car. James, We do apologize for this mishap. It's not our intention to mislead consumers into thinking we have a vehicle here. Our website does indeed list vehicles that are in route to the dealership. That's why we do ask everyone to contact us before arriving so this doe not happen. If a vehicle does not have photos, then many times it's inbound. You do bring a good point and we are glad you brings this up. Not everyone knows that not having a photo means the vehicle is in route and we are looking for a few additional ways to point this out to the consumer that is on our website looking at New Nissans. We are sorry we were not able to work out a deal for you. At times there are many obstacles that go into making the right deal for the right consumer. Due to privacy rights and such we would rather not discuss this on an open forum. We would hope that you would allow us to service your Nissan if your located close to Frederick and Frederick Nissan.
