I received a call early on Monday morning from John; and he relayed what the problem was. He explained everything very well in detail and the cost of repairing it. At that time, it was determined that it would take approx. 2 days for the vehicle to be fixed, and John offered me a loaner car at no charge. I told him that I would be there before 5:30pm that day to pick up the loaner. When my husband and I arrived; John said that he had more news; good news; the work on my Xterra was completed and the tech was taking it on a test drive. If the tech was satisfied, then it would be ready to go. Apparently, the tech worked all day, and skipped lunch to get this job done. John told us that this is the kind of person this particular technician is. He is focused and likes to complete his work without interruption. What was thought to be a 2 day job, turned out to be several hours. We would like to recognize both John and Danny for their excellent service and dedication. I really appreciate it. More
I have bought quite a few cars in my life. This was an amazing experience from the moment I walked in the door. Mike took the time to explain the features of the car before we drove it so that I could focus on driving and getting the feel for the vehicle. The car was great! We sat down to talk about buying the car. Absolutely no pressure! That was a first for us. We don't have perfect credit and needed this car pretty badly. Mike and Josh(the sales manager) worked very hard to get us the car we needed. Things did not look great in the beginning. Mike, Josh and Dan(finance)spent hours working for us to get us this car. By the end of the day we drove home in a safe, reliable, and affordable car. We will be customers for life! there wasn't a negative to this experience that I could think of. I'd rate 6 if I could. 2008 Rogue brought in for oil change and to explore oil leaking on driveway. I would also like to thank Doug Rice my agent i do look for when i come in for service other than and the quick oil change that i needed this day. he took the time to say good day nice to see me and shook my hand. Not the best experience with these folks. We dealt with Ms. Devynn White, though she seemed like she will be nice person, but as Sales associate, I will be a bit careful with her over the price negotiation Ms. Devynn White, though she seemed like she will be nice person, but as Sales associate, I will be a bit careful with her over the price negotiation. We were in the market for small SUV. We contacted Frederick Nissan and Ms. White contacted us back. After back and forth emails, we told her the prices we got from a couple of other Nissan dealers in the area. Her response to our email was, "If you could come in saturday with the out-the-door quote Criswell gave you on the 2012 Nissan Rogue, we will definitely be able to beat that deal for you" (direct quote from her email). So we sent her the whole email chain from Criswell with the OTD price mentioned at multiple places. Ms. White asked for the VIN number and the stock number of the car at Criswell, which was also emailed to her. We scheduled a meeting time on Saturday and we got there to see her. When we got there, she told us that they cant beat that price, because they are losing about 4000 dollars on the sale. Understandable, no problem there. We cant expect them to lose that much money. But what we cant understand is, why did she not tell us that over the email? I emailed her the Criswell quote on Thursday and we were scheduled to meet her on Saturday. I mean, all she had to do was just email and tell her that the price Criswell is offering is the best around and they will not be able to beat it... What was the reason to make us drive all the way there just to hear those words?? Total waste of our time. So, if Ms. White is your sale person, and you have a longer drive, make sure you get her to say clearly, "We have a deal. We will sell you the vehicle for xxxx.xx amount." or otherwise you will be wasting your day too. Oh well, I guess a road trip to Frederick wasnt that bad of a way to spend my Saturday, we did end up buying some milk from the Costco nearby...... More
