I had $2,700 worth of service work done on my Nissan Quest Mini Van. One of the repairs required the dashboard to be taken apart and removed while the repair was made. Upon replacing the dashboard, Frederick Nissan realized they didn't fix the problem but yet they still tried to return the van to me. The dashboard was once again taken out and put back in. Now my CD changer is not working. When you hit the CD button, it just beeps, same with eject and load. All of my CDs are stuck. If you scroll through the modes from the steering wheel button, the CD feature is completely gone. Frederick Nissan claims the CD player went bad while in the shop. My CD player was in perfect working condition prior to them working in the dashboard area. They now want me to pay $400 more to fix my CD player that they clearly broke. The General Manager tells me it is a sealed unit and needs to be replaced and was nothing that they did. However, everything to the CD changer was exposed twice and now it doesn't work. I will never give this dealership another penny of my money. They do not care if the customer is satisfied. They are out to make money on innocent people like me. More

I've always been sceptical of having service done at a dealer. Your staff, Leonie Null in particular, has changed that. Leonie had the uneviable task of playing middleperson between myself and an extended dealer. Your staff, Leonie Null in particular, has changed that. Leonie had the uneviable task of playing middleperson between myself and an extended warranty company which is not particularly please with having to cover a claim. Leonie did a great job of dealing with them on my behalf. She seemed to truly care about my satisfaction. What a surprise. This was all an added bonus to what really made my service experience as good as it could be. I received prompt return phone calls. MY scheduling needs were met. I received thorough answers to my questions. When I asked for it, I received good advice. Completion of my service was right on schedule. Alvin was great, made me feel very comfortable, and he was very knowledgeable. The outside of the car wasn't as clean as it could have been and although it was taken back to be cleaned, the only one I saw was very knowledgeable.
