My experience with the service was fine, as it has been for 10 years and 2 Nissans I have bought and had serviced from Frederick Nissan, but I am extremely unhappy when the tires of my used Z that I was to for 10 years and 2 Nissans I have bought and had serviced from Frederick Nissan, but I am extremely unhappy when the tires of my used Z that I was told were new when I bought it 6 months ago, were recommended for replacement due to wear and misalignment only 4000 miles later at a cost of over $800. When I purchased the car I specifically asked if the tires were new and my salesperson said yes, because she could see the rubber nubs on the rim of the tires indicating they were new. She even remarked how fortunate I was as this was not always the case. At the service appointment I asked that the tires/alignment be checked because the car occasionally pulled Right or Left. I was told the tread wear was extreme on the front tires, and new tires were recommended. When I questioned this considering having been told they were new, I was told no, only the rear tires were new, the front had "passed Maryland Inspection" and were not new. This means I was significantly misled when I purchased the car, so you can imagine my frustration when no one in the dealership I spoke with would stand behind the salesperson's statement of new tires when I bought the car. Even if I had been told the tires were not new, wearing out in only 6 months from passing inspection should be unacceptable standards for selling a vehicle. I am extremely disappointed in the service I received, and although everyone was cordial and professional, I was told "there is nothing I can do" when I questioned the tire situation. I would appreciate a response to this commentary. More
My new car purchase experience at Frederick Nissan was excellent. Alvin Baylor and his support team (James Anderson and Ed Beleznay) actually listened to my needs and didn't simply focus on their need to excellent. Alvin Baylor and his support team (James Anderson and Ed Beleznay) actually listened to my needs and didn't simply focus on their need to sell me a car. They understood exactly what options and features I was looking for and really worked with me on the price, they actually made a great deal rather than simply making a sale which gives Frederick Nissan the right to be called a "deal"ership, all others are simply a place to buy a car. So if your looking for a friendly no pressure staff that will listen to your needs and work to make you a great deal on your next new or used car, look no further than Frederick Nissan. More
I recieved great customer service from Garys group as well as a quick repair. Even though I was outside of the free pick up radius, Gary still sent one of his guys to pick me up at my house. I've had my Nissan Titan for 7 years now and have always had it serviced at Frederick Nissan. I only wish my Titan was as reliable as the folks in the service department at Frederick Nissan. My next truck will be anything other than a Nissan but I will still probably have it serviced at Frederick Nissan. More
Leonie was friendly and helped me out right away. When I returned to pick up my car, she explained to me additional work that needed to be done and gave me the option to have my car serviced then or make an returned to pick up my car, she explained to me additional work that needed to be done and gave me the option to have my car serviced then or make an appointment. 4/3 - took my 03 Murano in for some work (making noise in front end). Fixed some things and was given a 100-pt inspection. Suggested I change power steering and transmission fluids (which they did). Why wa front end). Fixed some things and was given a 100-pt inspection. Suggested I change power steering and transmission fluids (which they did). Why wasn't it suggested then, that I needed an oil change. It was beyond the recommended miles. On 4/5 - still making noises. Took it back on 4/6 (still making noise), was 2 quarts low on oil (after 6000 miles). If a 100-pt inspection was performed two days earlier, why wasn't the low oil level noticed at the time. I was then told that I should change my oil every 3700 miles - that these new engines use oil. If that too, is the case, why wasn't I also told that I was beyond the 3700 mile suggested oil change two days earlier? I have been driving new cars (3 of them being Nissans) and have never had to put a drop of oil in them. Is it possible that the correct amount of oil wasn't used in the oil change 6000 miles ago (at your dealership)? There are no signs of any leakage anywhere. I can be reached @ 301.788.7026 Also, I don't believe that a 100-pt inspection was ever performed. If it was performed, how can I trust your service department if they can not recognize that an engine is two quarts low on oil? More
I took my car in for a protective coating. Service was done professionally an on-time. When I arrived, there was no loaner car, but one of the service managers volunteered his own company car. Wasn't a done professionally an on-time. When I arrived, there was no loaner car, but one of the service managers volunteered his own company car. Wasn't a serious service to rate, but I was very well satisfied. My car is less than a week old now, so I will definitely have it back to the shop for future services. Thank you, Gary and Nancy Burress OK, now the bottom part of this form make it highly unlikely that I will rate a service in the future. Too much involved!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Anyone should be entitled to leave you feedback, regardless of who they are as long as they have their car serviced at Frederick Nissan! And they shouldn't have to create an account. More

Leonie was extremely friendly and pleasant to deal with. The fantastic customer service is why I always travel from WV to your dealership for service even though i could get it done closer. More
The team has never failed to supply outstanding, friendly service. Makes me feel like I am their most important customer. I always feel they have my best interest in mind and are trying to be sure that when service. Makes me feel like I am their most important customer. I always feel they have my best interest in mind and are trying to be sure that when I decide to trade cars they will have something worthwile to take in. The service team at Frederick Nissan seem to have as much pride in my car as I do and they want to keep it running great all the time. I've dealt with other dealerships in the Frederick area, but none approach the quality of service provided by Frederick Nissan! Thanks, Mike More
