After 2 years with my Versa, and EXCELLENT service, I'm sorry to say my experience Saturday, 9/22/12, was TERRIBLE. I arrived at 9:25, and didn't get out until 11:10. It seems there was a problem obtaining an oil filter, (Chevrolet), which kept us there a ridiculously long time. My daughter missed a riding lesson, that I hope I don't end up having to pay for. Also, if I didn't remind them to reset the computer to notify when oil change is needed, it wouldn't have gotten done. That took an additional 10 - 15 minutes. (Chevrolet) If you continue to sell/service other makes of automobiles, your people need to be more familiar, or READ THE SERVICE MANUAL, like I did. More
I was very disappointed that the battery of my new 2012 Nissan titan was not working properly , I was so frustrated because the vehicle left me sitting 3 times during the weekend until it was finally towed Nissan titan was not working properly , I was so frustrated because the vehicle left me sitting 3 times during the weekend until it was finally towed, on Monday the dealer called me to informed me the issue with the battery and what they did to resolve the problem, I was able to pick up my vehicle on Monday afternoon, as far as the dealership and their customer service I give them a 5star but this vehicle has given me a couple of problems that now I am thinking about switching to a Chevrolet. Great service from the start. I received a phone call w/reminder for oil change and then the initial meet and greet at the dealer was a great experience (it was very early on a Saturday). What caught my attention was when the counter person (can't remember name) sorry, assured a customer that if there was shuttle service that morning, she would be shuttled home. Then Ruben took my information and explained procedures and led my wife and I to the waiting room. We waited maybe a half hour and we were on our way. We didn't anticipate such quick service. No mess in the vehicle. Overall it was a most enjoyable experience. Thank you Nissan. I will continue to come in for service long after the initial comp oil changes. More
I was sold a used Nissan that needed over $1,300 work within 200 miles. I am still having work done on it. Do not believe they do any kind of inspection on it, and you are on your own, once you are out t within 200 miles. I am still having work done on it.
