Leonie Null was very helpful from setting up the appointment on the phone through retrieving our cars afterward. We had both our '99 and '04 Altimas serviced. Leionie explained thoroughly what needed to be done and what was not immediately necessary but would need to be repaired in the future. This was very helpful since we are retirees on a fixed income and need to budget our car repairs. Leonie's customer service skills are excellent! We felt like she, representing Frederick Nissan, really cared. We have been having our Nissans serviced in Frederick since our first Nissan in 1994 and would not consider going anywhere else. Difficult diagnostic problem / third time starting failed in new ( < 1000 miles driven ) vehicle. Service team led by Gary Lewis got on top of it, persisted until solution was found, and very importantly kep in new ( < 1000 miles driven ) vehicle. This is the first time I contact with John K. to take care of the oil change and some other issues (engine vibration, sun roof....). He carefully reviewed the car file on record and found that my Juke is care of the oil change and some other issues (engine vibration, sun roof....). He carefully reviewed the car file on record and found that my Juke is supposed to have a recall for turbo pressure sensor, that I have never been notified by any form. He is also very patiently comparing my sun roof with another Juke's and gets recall jobs done as well. I am very impressed by his friendliness, enthusiasm, efficiency, and competency. I am extremely disappointed with that my 2005 Altima's floorboard has rusted through and neither Nissan or the dealership are willing to assume liability for faulty material used by Nissan or the fact tha floorboard has rusted through and neither Nissan or the dealership are willing to assume liability for faulty material used by Nissan or the fact that the my car had been serviced/inspected on numerous occasions and the service techs did not either notice or mention to me about the corrosion--I'm sure some rust had to have been visible to them. I want to make clear that I had no problem with John personally...he was very courteous and helpful. I am extremely disappointed and saddened by the fact that neither the manufacturer or the dealer stand by their so-called "Lifetime Corrosion Warranty" that's referenced in my Owner's manual. I will NEVER purchase another Nissan vehicle for this reason! More
