This is the first new car that I have purchased, and the sales representatives and financial staff could not have been more helpful and informative. The dealership worked out a deal where I could purchase the car though I did not have a credit score for them to work with. Steve Latour did a remarkable job cleaning up the vehicle after I had signed the deal, and made an appointment for the installation of polysteel right away. I appreciate the helpfulness and overall friendliness of the staff at Younger Nissan of Frederick, who made my first purchase of a new vehicle very easy and enjoyable. More
I would have written this review sooner, had i known it existed. I purchased a new 2011 Murano in April of 2011....I love it! My husband loved mine so much that he too bought his OWN new 2012 Murano in J existed. I purchased a new 2011 Murano in April of 2011....I love it! My husband loved mine so much that he too bought his OWN new 2012 Murano in July 2012. (I like to tease him that since I wouldn't let him drive mine, he had to get his own). Kyle Warfield was such a pleasure to work with on my purchase, so, of course we asked for him again. He went out of his way to make sure everything was perfect, and followed up with phone calls. He even helped me with programing my cell phone and explained many of the cars features. Thank you Kyle!! The service center is the best, and the parts dept., (had to have extras), are very professional. This dealer calls after our routine servicing to make sure we were happy! I would definitely recommend this dealer. Look up KYLE WARFIELD and tell him that Maria and Pat say hello! More
Buying a used car can be painfull, even at a big name dealership. Mike made the experience very pleasant and easy. PURCHASED A USED 2007 NISSAN FRONTIER WITH ONLY 10,000 MILES. WE WERE TOLD THIS VEHICLE WAS SERVICED. WE LIVE 90 MILES AWAY FROM THIS DEALER. WHEN WE ARRIVED HOME WE NOTICED HUNDREDS OF STINK BUGS IN T MILES. WE WERE TOLD THIS VEHICLE WAS SERVICED. WE LIVE 90 MILES AWAY FROM THIS DEALER. WHEN WE ARRIVED HOME WE NOTICED HUNDREDS OF STINK BUGS IN THE BED AREA. WE REMOVE THE CAP, BED LINER ONLY TO FIND HUNDREDS OF STINK BUGS. GOING FURTHER WE FOUND CHIPMUNKS BEDDING AND MANY HARD SHELL ACORNS. WE REMOVED THE CABIN FILTER AND THE ENGINE FILTER AND FOUND MORE OF THE SAME . I TURNED ON THE BLOWER MOTOR AND IT VIBRATED. CALLED DEALER AND THE MANY PEOPLE I SPOKE TO OFFERED NO HELP. CALLED ONE OF THE OWNERS LEFT MESSAGE AND HE NEVER RETURNED MY CALL, HE HAD THE DEALERSHIP CALL ME AND THEY (JOHN LOWRY, STEVE FARLEY) OFFERED NO HELP. FINALLY I TOOK IT TO LOCAL NISSAN DEALER PAID FOR ALL FILTERS AND CLEAN OUT FAN. SENT BILL TO FREDERICK PER MY AGREEMENT WITH JOHN LOWRY AND IT WAS IGNORED. FLUIDS SUCH AS TRANSMISSION, REAR END, FRONT AND REAR DIFFERENTIAL'S ALONG WITH ANTI FREEZE. IS A SERVICE NISSAN SAID SHOULD BE DONE EVERY TWO YEARS AND HAD NOT..IN MAKING THE AGREEMENT WITH JOHN LOWRY MY WIFE SAID TO HIM "I KNOW YOU WOULD NOT KNOWINGLY SELL A VEHICLE WITHOUT SERVICING IT". BUYER BEWARE OF THIS DEALERSHIP..... I SPENT OVER $500 TO PUT THIS VEHICLE BACK TO NISSAN USED TRUCK STANDARDS........ THIS DEALERSHIP IS LOCATE 7418 GROVE ROAD. FREDERICK MARYLAND 21704. TEL# 301-662-0111." THE WINDOW STICKER STATES THAT ALL VEHICLES HAVE COMPLETED A 128-POINT QUALITY CHECK".. WHY WAS THIS VEHICLE LEFT OUT OF THE LOOP? I contacted the dealership about purchasing a new vehicle, and after 3 days they finally got back to me. Dealt with multiple people all with different stories and different deals. There was a major vehicle, and after 3 days they finally got back to me. Dealt with multiple people all with different stories and different deals. There was a major lack of communication which Karen admitted to, but no one contacted me back with a final deal. They offered the lowest trade value out of any of dealership I've dealt with, auction value on my car which is in excellent condition with a perfect carfax history. They were not forthright about the freight fee they attached to the internet price as well. I spoke to on3/20/2013 and she said she would work to firm up a deal for me, which never happened. The dealership didn't even contact me back about any deal or negotiations. This was the worst dealer experience I've ever encountered. I would never recommend this dealership to anyone. They are completely unprofessional. Thanks! More
