Younger Nissan of Frederick responded

This truck was our sales Mgr personal truck. It is a one owner with only 10,000 miles on it with a clean car fax. We performed a 128 md state inspection on the truck and that all it needed. The truck was like brand new. We offered the customer a full refund if he was unhappy with the truck, but he declined because he knows he will never find a truck in that condition with only 10,000 miles on it.

YOU STATED THAT THIS TRUCK WAS A ONE OWNER TRUCK, OWNED BY YOUR NEW CAR MANAGER NICK DIBIASE WHICH WAS NEVER CONVEYED TO ME AT THE TIME OF SALE. WHY WAS THE TRUCK INSURED BY GEICO TO ALBERT D AND CAROL A DIBIASE. WAS NICK THE SECOND OWNER? FINALLY YOU STILL DO NOT GET IT, IF YOU OPENED THE HOOD AND LOOKED AT THE AIR FILTER, CABIN FILTER AND CHECKED THE ANTIFREEZE, AND ALL FLUIDS (TRANSMISSION, REAR END, FRONT AND REAR DIFFERENTIALS) YOU WOULD HAVE SEEN THEY NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. NICK DIBIASE DID NOT SERVICE THIS TRUCK BUT LEFT IT DORMANT FOR SOME TIME (THAT ATTEST TO ONLY HAVING 10,000 MILES.) ALL FLUIDS SHOULD HAVE BE REPLACED EVERY 2 TO 4 YEARS. ACCORDING TO NISSAN. YOU SHOULD HAVE KNOWN THAT. NICK DID NOT PERFORM THE NECESSARY SERVICES THIS TRUCK NEEDED. ACCORDING TO YOUR REVIEWS YOU ADMIT YOU DO MAKE MISTAKES AND YOU TRY TO CORRECT THEM.THIS IS ONE CASE WHERE YOU WERE NOT INTERESTED IN WORKING WITH THE CUSTOMER. THIS VEHICLE CAME WITH $5.00 IN GAS NO WARRANTY WHATSOEVER. WHEN I LEFT YOUR DEALERSHIP I FILLED THE TRUCK UP AT A COST OF $49.00 TO TRAVEL MY 90 MILE TRIP BACK HOME. I SPENT OVER $500 DOLLARS TO GET TRUCK UP TO NISSAN STANDARDS. YOU STILL HAVE TIME TO RECTIFY YOUR LACK OF SERVICE TO THIS VEHICLE. WE LIKE THE VEHICLE, JUST DID NOT APPRECIATE IT NOT BEING SERVICE (WHEN WE WERE TOLD BY JOHN LOWRY IT WAS SERVICED.) WHY DID IT NOT COME WITH A WARRANTY SINCE IT ONLY HAD 10,000 MILES ON IT. (YOU TRIED TO SELL ME A WARRANTY FOR OVER $2000 DOLLARS WHICH WE DECLINED.)
