I like coming into Frederick Nissan. Everyone is so nice and it's a different atmosphere from driving thru traffic all week and seeing the usual every day people. I'm greeted and my concerns are addressed immediately. The waiting area is always clean and inviting and you meet people who are genuinely friendly. You are told how long the wait is in advance and suggestions are made to keep your car in top condition which is always a plus in my book, the better my car runs the safer I feel and my comfort level is vital when on the road...peace of mind. I highly recommend Frederick Nissan. Thanks, and see you again soon. More
I got home and noticed old oil on my garage floor, looks like the oil that dripped on other parts of the car was not wiped off. The oil change from start to finish was 20 minutes, great job, however, how like the oil that dripped on other parts of the car was not wiped off. The oil change from start to finish was 20 minutes, great job, however, how could all the inspections, passed tests (41) and oil change be completed in that time frame? The report said that the tire pressure was set to 36 psi. The recommended tire pressure on the inside of the door is 33 psi. I was very happy with the greeting from Amanda very friendly. More
My experience with Frederick Nissan’s customer service and staff was horrible! I discovered that in addition to being unprofessional, they will take advantage of customers who don’t understand the car bu and staff was horrible! I discovered that in addition to being unprofessional, they will take advantage of customers who don’t understand the car buying process. I was told that they wouldn’t process paperwork until they received my documentation the following day. The next day I told the sales agent that I decided not to purchase the vehicle and requested that they return my trade in vehicle. They told me the paperwork was processed (they didn’t have my title and other documents needed for the transaction), my car was already inspected, and they couldn’t return my car. Basically, they were dishonest. I called a police officer to assist me. He couldn’t, but advised me on what I needed to do. I called Nissan headquarters and explained what had happened and a case was opened and expedited. Afterwards, I called Frederick Nissan to speak to the owner. They took my information and I told them a case against them was opened and it would be expedited. A short time later, the General Manager called me and knew what had occurred and said he would return my car. I picked up my car and realized that I forgot my car registration at the dealership. The following day I asked my son to retrieve my registration and alerted Frederick Nissan that my son would be coming getting my registration. My son went to the dealership and was ignored by the staff. They finally acknowledged him because he had to say something to them. The sales manager threw the registration at my son. My son didn’t say anything to avoid problems. He picked up the registration and walked away. I strongly would NOT recommend Frederick Nissan to any family, friends, associates, etc. If you’re not familiar with how the car buying process works, you will be taken advantage of. I was exploited for lack of knowledge and I don’t want anyone else to have the same experience I had at Frederick Nissan. More

I brought my 2010 Cube in for 30,000 mile maintenance. I was told what would be done and that it would take about 2 hours for this to be completed. After waiting about 45 minutes I looked into the maintena was told what would be done and that it would take about 2 hours for this to be completed. After waiting about 45 minutes I looked into the maintenance bay and saw my car. It was sitting unattended with no service technician near it. I watched it for another 15 to 20 minutes and still no one was working on my car. Then a technician came with some paperwork and drove it away. I assumed it was going elsewhere for additional work. Five minutes later the service advisor came and told me my car was ready. She went over the paperwork and gave me a bill for over $500. I do not know how all this work, $500 worth could be accomplished in so little time. In addition, when I went to get my car I assumed it would be washed as I am a member of the VIP Program. It wasn't. To be honest, if the car was not washed as promised what other work was not done in the limited time it was there? More

each time i come down for warrenty work on my vehicle i have issues. I was down there last week and my vehicle was to be covered under the warranty. I get to the check out and was handed a $380 bill. I asked why i got a bill and the cashier SMARTLY replys "um for your services" I informed her there should be no charges due to a warranty. I then proceeded to wait for 25 minutes for the service manager to come out and address the issue. Upon waiting the cashier asked another part of the staff to tell Gary he was still needed at the cashiers desk. When the sales rep came back in he said to the cashier "Gary said to tell you he left for the day" This is not what a customer wants to hear even if it is joking around as i am here to pick my vehicle up on warranty work and should have been out of there in 5 minutes. But instead it took 1 hour to get my vehicle back. This is very disappointing. I will not recommend this dealer to anyone and will be glad when my warranty is up so i do not have to deal here again. More

Worst experience I have ever had with getting car service. I was without my car for two full days. I kept being told to have patience because the service department was short on staff. I am currently looking at purchasing a new car; however, you can rest assured that it will not be another Nissan, not if I have to deal with you folks. More
