I am very happy with the service I received when buying my new Nissan Rogue. The team was great in being patient with me and giving my husband and I time to look and research on our own. I am always greeted with a smile and a good morning, even at 7:30am in a Saturday Morning. Customer service is always a plus here. I always have fast friendly service. I had driven the Maxima at another dealership and knew the model and options I wanted. I went on line and found Younger Nissan and several other dealerships that had the model I wanted. Younger had the the model and options I wanted. I went on line and found Younger Nissan and several other dealerships that had the model I wanted. Younger had the lowest price, so I decided to drive to Frederick and see if the price was for "real" or was it a "bait and switch". There was no "bait and switch", the price was solid and below every other dealer. Alvin was our sales rep, and he was very honest and very knowledgeable about the product. Like most people I hate the process of buying a car, but the entire buying process was a pleasure. And I intend to use the service department even though I live 24 miles from the dealership because of the added value at Younger. More

My car shopping experience at Younger Nissan of Frederick was very enjoyable. From the moment I was greeted on the lot to the time I left the dealership I was treated very well. The dealership met all of my was very enjoyable. From the moment I was greeted on the lot to the time I left the dealership I was treated very well. The dealership met all of my car buying needs, answered all of my questions and were very professional. My salesmen Mike was very knowledgeable and curteous. The trip to the finance department took a little longer than expected but Mike filled the time with some great conversation. It was nice not to be just set aside and forgotten ( Thanks Mike ). I would highly recommend Kyle Warfield to anyone looking to buy a new/used car. I have been wanting to get a new vehicle for a couple of months now but wanted to wait until I moved to Maryland so I would no to buy a new/used car. I have been wanting to get a new vehicle for a couple of months now but wanted to wait until I moved to Maryland so I would not have to pay for tags and all the other fees twice. I first talked to Kyle in April and have been working with him ever since. He did a wonderful job of checking in and would always call when he said that he would. It has been great working for him and look forward to working with him the next time I purchase a car! I also had a great experience working with Ed when we were finishing up the deal.
