PURCHASED A USED 2007 NISSAN FRONTIER WITH ONLY 10,000 MILES. WE WERE TOLD THIS VEHICLE WAS SERVICED. WE LIVE 90 MILES AWAY FROM THIS DEALER. WHEN WE ARRIVED HOME WE NOTICED HUNDREDS OF STINK BUGS IN T MILES. WE WERE TOLD THIS VEHICLE WAS SERVICED. WE LIVE 90 MILES AWAY FROM THIS DEALER. WHEN WE ARRIVED HOME WE NOTICED HUNDREDS OF STINK BUGS IN THE BED AREA. WE REMOVE THE CAP, BED LINER ONLY TO FIND HUNDREDS OF STINK BUGS. GOING FURTHER WE FOUND CHIPMUNKS BEDDING AND MANY HARD SHELL ACORNS. WE REMOVED THE CABIN FILTER AND THE ENGINE FILTER AND FOUND MORE OF THE SAME . I TURNED ON THE BLOWER MOTOR AND IT VIBRATED. CALLED DEALER AND THE MANY PEOPLE I SPOKE TO OFFERED NO HELP. CALLED ONE OF THE OWNERS LEFT MESSAGE AND HE NEVER RETURNED MY CALL, HE HAD THE DEALERSHIP CALL ME AND THEY (JOHN LOWRY, STEVE FARLEY) OFFERED NO HELP. FINALLY I TOOK IT TO LOCAL NISSAN DEALER PAID FOR ALL FILTERS AND CLEAN OUT FAN. SENT BILL TO FREDERICK PER MY AGREEMENT WITH JOHN LOWRY AND IT WAS IGNORED. FLUIDS SUCH AS TRANSMISSION, REAR END, FRONT AND REAR DIFFERENTIAL'S ALONG WITH ANTI FREEZE. IS A SERVICE NISSAN SAID SHOULD BE DONE EVERY TWO YEARS AND HAD NOT..IN MAKING THE AGREEMENT WITH JOHN LOWRY MY WIFE SAID TO HIM "I KNOW YOU WOULD NOT KNOWINGLY SELL A VEHICLE WITHOUT SERVICING IT". BUYER BEWARE OF THIS DEALERSHIP..... I SPENT OVER $500 TO PUT THIS VEHICLE BACK TO NISSAN USED TRUCK STANDARDS........ THIS DEALERSHIP IS LOCATE 7418 GROVE ROAD. FREDERICK MARYLAND 21704. I contacted the dealership about purchasing a new vehicle, and after 3 days they finally got back to me. Dealt with multiple people all with different stories and different deals. There was a major vehicle, and after 3 days they finally got back to me. Dealt with multiple people all with different stories and different deals. There was a major lack of communication which Karen admitted to, but no one contacted me back with a final deal. They offered the lowest trade value out of any of dealership I've dealt with, auction value on my car which is in excellent condition with a perfect carfax history. They were not forthright about the freight fee they attached to the internet price as well. I spoke to on3/20/2013 and she said she would work to firm up a deal for me, which never happened. The dealership didn't even contact me back about any deal or negotiations. This was the worst dealer experience I've ever encountered. I would never recommend this dealership to anyone. They are completely unprofessional. Thanks! More

I contacted the internet sales team to try and see if I could get pre-approved for a loan to trade in my gas guzzling suv. She searched and found a car that had the options that I was looking for. The people at Frederick Nissan go out of their way to provide excellent customer service. On more than one occasion, a member of the staff stopped and asked if I needed anything and one gentleman even brought me a piece of chocolate/cherry cake. They did not hide anything in their pricing and even took the time to explain all of the figures on the sales contract. The most amazing thing was that I was trading a car that I had purchased just two weeks prior. It was not a good fit for me but unfortunalty, I didn't realize it until it was too late. The staff at Frederick Nissan were amazing at getting me out of that car and into a new Sentra that works so much better for me. Karen took her time going over all of the features in the car and made sure all of my questions were answered. This was acutally our second purchase. On our first visit, we had our two rowdy boys with us. If you've ever shopped for a car with kids, you know how difficult this can be. At Frederick Nissan, there is a room for kids to play and several TV's to keep them entertained. I would highly recommend Frederick Nissan for your next new or used car purchase!! No hidden fees, no gimmicks - just honest people and excellent customer service!!! More
Brought car in for oil change and technician identified problem with battery cranking power during routine all around vehicle check. I had battery and oil changed in no time at all. I brought my truck in for four things to be looked at, none that were pressing, but I wanted to have them checked. 1. Bluetooth light no longer lit up. 2. Front speaker sounds terrible. (blown) 3. heat/ac blower noise. 4. metallic rattle from outside of truck at idle. (when something, perhaps AC clutch, kicks in) The bluetooth issue was fixed. The blower noise was reported fixed, but still makes the same amount of noise. I was told the speaker sounds fine. I'm not exactly an audiophile, and the terrible sound from me drives me crazy. So much that I am thinking of having it replaced at my cost, just to get it fixed. I was told they couldn't reproduce the metallic rattle. When I picked up my truck, I brought the service manager out, and he heard it. I was told I should "bring it back by" if I was out and about. (I would have liked to have had it fixed) I was presented with a bill for "Troubleshooting" the two issues they couldn't find. (the speaker and the rattle) As far as I can tell, the "diagnostics" of these two issues consisted of _listening_. Seems excessive to be charged so much $$ for listening. To still not have it fixed just adds insult to injury. In addition, when I picked my truck up, with 3/4's of the problems still present, I was presented with a $500 quote for scheduled maintenance. I have used Frederick Nissan many times in the past, and would have used it for this PM, but not after this experience. I will drive further for better results. More

JUST A NOTE OF THANKS TO THE GENTS AT FREDERICK NISSAN. LIVING IN PITTSBURGH PA. A ROUND TRIP TO THE DEALERSHIP INVOLVES OVER 400 MILES ROUND TRIP, SO AFTER VIEWING A VEHICLE ON THE INTERNET POSTED BY THE LIVING IN PITTSBURGH PA.
