The semi-annual lunch that was provided as I waited to have my car serviced was excellent. My wife was given a free key container, and I enjoyed watching NCAA football on the television. I had to take my car in for service and was worried about the wait since I had my daughter with me. Upon arrival at the gate, Gary greeted me and started the paperwork. Doug finish the process and suggested that I went to the express service since it would be quicker that way. Sergiu was more than happy to take me thru the express service. He advised that within 30-45 mins I should be on my way out. And yes I was within 45 mins. The staff was excellent, Doug patient with me, Gary very professional and Sergiu speedy. They did not try to have me spend any money. I question them regarding services that I thought I needed and was told that it is not yet necessary. Save my money for now. To too that, my sale person Lacoe was going in vacation for 2 weeks. He called to let me know that he will be away for 2 weeks however if I needed anything I can call and someone will be more than happy to assist. Isn't that beyond professionalism? Service was good. Communication was poor. I had to initiate the calls to find out status of the repair. If you tell me your going to call the next day, then call me. This was the most pleasant and quickest car buying experience I have had in 30 years. Alvin knew what specific vehicle we were interested in test driving, and had it ready to go when we arrived. We were in test driving it within 20 minutes after arriving. When we returned, he had a price for our trade, and we had the numbers for a deal. The financial guy was extremely efficient in explaining the required paperwork, and the vehicle was prepped while we completed the paperwork. Alvin then went through the pre-delivery checklist, we cleaned out our trade, and we were on our way in less than 3 hours - with no hassles! Another important point: Alvin listened to what we wanted in a vehicle, understood what we were saying and why, and didn't try to talk us into something we didn't want or need. He was a pleasure to deal with. More
I have been having my Nissan cars serviced at Frederick Nissan and spent thousands of dollars there for 13 years, trusting you advice completely, but after the last service visit I believe I will have to g Nissan and spent thousands of dollars there for 13 years, trusting you advice completely, but after the last service visit I believe I will have to go elsewhere. I just had an oil change but during the multi-point inspection it was discovered that my brakes were down to 2/32 and that it was metal to metal so my rotors had to be changed out too, on the front end of my Maxima. Since the price was almost $400.00 to have this repair done I went somewhere else to get the brakes done. Not only were the pads NOT at 2/32 but they had not even come close to scoring the rotors. I was told by the customer advisor that it was imperative that I get my brakes done immediately and scared me into having them done ASAP, which was not even close to being an emergency as he suggested. I am totally disgusted. (I have the old pads my possession if you would like to take a look) I was also told there is an additional $3000.00 worth of work to be done on my car. Do I believe it...that is questionable!!! When did your service department switch from honestly helping people with getting their cars repaired to looking toward the Almighty dollar! You have us over a barrel, we rely on our cars daily, and we trust you. How do I trust you now? I have bought 2 cars at your dealership and am in the market for another. I will rethink that one. More
The staff and service I experience at Younger Nissan of Frederick was exceptional and beyond what I ever expected. I am a first time car buyer, and was feeling pretty vulnerable when first searching aroun Frederick was exceptional and beyond what I ever expected. I am a first time car buyer, and was feeling pretty vulnerable when first searching around. Other dealerships were very intimidating and I never felt as if I was being offered an honest deal. The staff at Younger Nissan of Frederick was so friendly when I arrived, and they were never once pushy or intimidating. They made it very clear to me throughout the experience as well that they were working to put customer satisfaction over anything else, and cared more about my concerns and happiness over their profit or convenience. Although the car I fell in love with was a silver Nissan Sentra (dark interior) not on their lot, they went above and beyond standard dealership service, and drove a notable far distance to retrieve what I wanted. In addition to spending their time and efforts in retrieving the car, they made sure to invest their time in ensuring the quality of the car imported was also exceptional before making me take delivery on it. Karen Luedeman was my direct sales consultant, and she was absolutely wonderful to work with. She truly made this first experience for me special. When I arrived to pick up and see my car for the first time there were even balloons waiting for me on the car, a nice gesture for my new ‘gift.’ Eric Royer was the sales manager on site during my purchase, and he was also exceptionally wonderful to work with. Kevin Ignasiak was my finance manager for the transaction to which I was probably the most terrified for, but he made me feel so at ease and he really worked hard to make me the most beneficial and affordable financing possible. During the financing transaction I felt as if Kevin had my comfort and happiness as his main priority; he really looked out for me when working out the best warranty and safety features as well. Finally, Steve Farley was the general manager on site to which I met and had the pleasure of working with as well. Steve’s actions made retrieving my car possible, and his additional time and efforts toward ensuring I drove a quality and safe car off the lot illuminated his exceptional management character and the moral of the company. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience, and I will definitely recommend this company and referenced staff to anyone interested in purchasing a car from an honest and high quality service place.
