A few weeks ago I had the pleasure of stopping into Younger Nissan to get an insurance quote for my 2007 Jeep Wrangler. It was extremely busy, but I was taken care of right away and EVERYONE was extrem Younger Nissan to get an insurance quote for my 2007 Jeep Wrangler. It was extremely busy, but I was taken care of right away and EVERYONE was extremely friendly, like you would expect from a dealership whom you had purchased a car from. Jay Flick helped me through the insurance quote process and it was quick and he was very down to earth and I didn't feel like I didn't belong because I hadn't purchased the car from them. I had never stepped foot on this lot until my insurance company told me that this was one dealership that they do collision quotes with, and I have lived in Frederick my entire life. The parts were ordered right away and within days I received a call to schedule an appointment. I dropped my car off and also asked to get an oil change while my jeep was there. By that afternoon I received a call that my jeep was finished with the collision center and was taken over for an oil change and will be ready by the time I get off of work. When I arrived Sergiu was there to greet me and help me to the cashiers desk. Another service department man, which I apologize I didn't get the name, told me that if I had a few minutes that they were just going to give the jeep a quick wash. I was absolutely shocked and of course agreed to wait for a little. I was in shock honestly at how nice everyone was. I want to purchase a car after the winter, although I am not sure yet what kind of make/model I want, I will remember this dealership when I start my test driving. If they treat someone coming in for an insurance quote/oil change like myself, I can't even begin to imagine purchasing a car and having that down to earth, non-pushy customer service and lifetime relationship. I WILL be back and I highly recommend for any service or purchasing that you stop by Younger Nissan in Frederick first! More
I just brought my Murano in for it's second oil change. Again, it was done very quickly. I was talked into a tire rotation which probably wasn't a bad idea, but $20. seems kind of expensive. So far I have been happy with the service department, although I don't know if I would buy another Nissan or Murano. I still feel that the vehicle has subpar paint and it is not as effortless to drive as previous vehicles. Hopefully, if or when I bring it in for real service, it will go as smoothly as the oil changes. More

It started out with my service rep, James Fink, who was courteous, respectful and honest when we were dealing with the problems I was experiencing with my 2009 out with my service rep, James Fink, who was courteous, respectful and honest when we were dealing with the problems I was experiencing with my 2009 MURANO. He referred me to Alvin Baylor, a sales rep, when I decided to purchase a new vehicle instead of dealing with the repair issues associated with the MURANO. I have never had a positive experience when purchasing a new vehicle. Alvin was super courteous and treated me with the utmost respect. I can't tell you how much that means to me when past experiences purchasing a new vehicle have been awful. I am very happy with my Frontier and look forward to further interactions with the Service and Sales staff at Younger NISSAN. Thank you so much. I will recommend you to all my friends! More
