Bad from start to finish. They are a Nissan dealership but dont offer proper packages for recommended services by Nissan!!! Instead they try to gouge you on what is needed to be done. I was personally lied to twice in the same service, once straight to my face. Work done is not even of the best quality. Went in for service and work on my power steering, they "fixed" my power steering but it still makes the same grinding noise as it did before it went in. So for $500....what did they do???? If you can help it, go somewhere else for service. More
My experience at Younger Nissan was great, definitely a no hassle, and pleasant. I took my vehicle in for a oil service, James was polite, helpful and very knowledgeable. He gave my wife and I an accurate time slot of how long our car would be in maintenance, so we could decide to stay or take a walk. He gave various options for continued and future services. He also had no problem coming from behind his desk to ensure our visit was a quality one, Outstanding. Can’t end this without mentioning Kevin, It was good to see him again. He sold us the car, he went the extra mile for us by running down a post purchase issue. This was a very valuable experience. We decided that Younger Nissan was the place fro us to do business. The day came to pick up our new vehicle and to drop off our trade ins, and we were expecting to have to spend hours doing the paperwork and financing. We were in and out in less than 2.5 hours. We were very pleased. It was the most painless experience we have ever had when working with a Car Dealership. More
We came in early Friday August 30,2013 in the morning and spoke to Jason Bhargava, since we still wanted to read the material and make our final decision between the Altima and the Morano. He was very nice and gave us his card, stating if we had any further question to contact him. No pressure We returned later that day to speak with Jason about purchasing the Altima. While he was obtatining information he recieved a call about his son who hit his head (later to find out her reciceved 64 stitches), he expalined he would need to leave for the emergency and would have another sales person help us (we completely understood and told him to go attend to his child) he kept apologizing. (He wanted to make sure we were taken care of before he left) Jason introduced us to another sales person ( who continued the process for our purchase, explaining the cars sysytem, the poly sealant, service department hours and helping us complete the process right down to the floor mats and helping us set up the bluetooth and navigation prompts. I wish I could remember his name he is retired Carroll County Firefighter (which is im common with my husband Jon who is a Montgomery County retired fire fighter). We did get hounded by a Nissan Dealer in Germantown when we were just inquiring about a vehile. This experiance at Younger Nissan has renewed my husband's faith that he would not be attached by a slaes person and hounded into hiding. Your staff is very knowagable and friendly. They also have to quality of being able to "LISTEN" to what the customer is looking for with pricing , monthly payment and options that are available. My Nissan Altima lost connection with my cellular phone. James Fink was very helpful scheduling a convenient time for me to deliver the car. James also printed out a list of compatible phones should I decide to purchase a new one (my contract is almost up). I am very pleased with the service and overall experience at Younger Nissan.
