I am extremely disappointed in the service of my Outlander. I took my car in for 2 different noises. The main noise was a chirping, the second noise was a rattling. $500 later, my exhaust was fixed Outlander. I took my car in for 2 different noises. The main noise was a chirping, the second noise was a rattling. $500 later, my exhaust was fixed, but the chirping was still there. I had to take my car back again and now it will be another $300 to fix a belt. I feel that I have been taken advantage of. The customer service rep, Dan, stated that the exhaust fixed my "other" noise. This noise could not even be heard over the chirping. I don't care that my exhaust needed fixed. I wanted that chirping noise gone. I refuse to pay another $300 for something that should have been fixed the first time. I will never return to Younger Mitsubishi. That is a shame for you, because I was planning to purchase a new car in the summer. I know that I will go elsewhere for that. More
I was refered to your dealership to have my car evaluated by the claims adjuster ,due to the check engine light being on, and noises coming fron under the car,after my car was in an accident. I had a very good customer service expierence,starting with Debbie, who scheduled my appointment,along with everyone I encountered in the service department,including the mechanic,who came in to answer some questions I had. I recently made my fourth new Mitsubishi purchase (three Lancers and a Gallant) with Younger Motorcars. I plan on being a Mitsubishi owner for life and as long as Younger continues to provide the deals, friendliness, and help that they have, I will continue to buy my cars from them. I recently traded-in my 2008 Lancer and got a 2010 Lancer Ralliart for almost identical monthly payments. Younger made me a special offer of 125% Kelly Blue Book value via mail, I was shocked when I walked in and offered them my car at that price and the deal was done....simple....we'll take your car for the price I wanted and I drove off with a brand new ralliart! Admittedly, I think the Lancer sells itself but David did do his part in explaining the newer features and upgrades that had been made since I bought my '08. The other thing I have noticed about Younger is the top-to-bottom "yes" attitude...they give you the feeling that they will say "yes" and do whatever they can do to make their customers happy. I will definitely be back to Younger again the next time they offer me a great deal on my Lancer to snag a new one! More
I have already become frustrated with Younger Mitsubishi because I was promised a second key to the used vehicle my husband and I purchased in October of 2010, only to find that later, we were actually goin because I was promised a second key to the used vehicle my husband and I purchased in October of 2010, only to find that later, we were actually going to have to pay $250 for the key. Then, last week when I went in for a routine oil change, it was a two hour wait, even with an appointment. I called and made the appointment because I needed it on a Saturday, but I do not think my name was even down when I arrived. The woman was not very friendly at first, but was more helpful when she realized I had been waiting two hours and was now going to be late to another afternoon appointment. She did offer to detail my car the next time I came back, which I do appreciate and does help. However, it just added more to my frustration with the company over the key I was promised and will not be receiving. More

We highly recommend Younger Mitsubishi for your next car purchase. After contacting the manager, Jeremy Brown, online for an instant chat at 7:30 a.m. last Saturday morning, we were able to work out al purchase. After contacting the manager, Jeremy Brown, online for an instant chat at 7:30 a.m. last Saturday morning, we were able to work out all of those details that can take usually hours, long before making a trip to the dealership which for us is about an hour one way. We were met by Jeremy and our sales person, Stafford, immediately upon arrival and were led right away to the Mitsubishi Endeavor we were interested in. A short test drive later we found ourselves filling out a credit application on the spot. Two days later we were contacted by Stafford to advise that our new Endeavor was ready to pick up. We made the trek back out to the Hagerstown office and were immediately accompanied by Stafford to the Toyota dealership just up the street where our closing would take place. This location was a perfect spot to grab a quick snack...popcorn, hot dogs, bagels, drinks and more are offered to Younger's valuable clients, and for the kids to watch TV and play. Stafford even offered to watch our girls while we signed all of the paperwork so we could concentrate on the task at hand. The whole process from start to finish was the easiest and most friendly car buying experience we have ever had. This is the 11th car we have purchased as a couple and we would gladly return to purchase our next vehicle from the Younger team. Thank you Jeremy and Stafford for all of your efforts!! I am thrilled with my experience with Younger Toyota Service and Mitsubishi sales. It all started with my test drive when I got pulled over for speeding. I think I got a warning because Brian either knew the cop or the police have a good relationship with the dealership. When I picked up the car it had a full tank of gas. Definite plus! After I took delivery of the car, I noticed a couple of dings in the windshield the next morning that I didn't notice at night and a spill stain in the rear window deck. I called Jeremy and he said they would take care of me. I set up the service appointment for Wednesday, but had to drop it off Tuesday morning because of my schedule. I received a call Tuesday afternoon that the car was done, a day early! I couldn't pick it up until Wednesday and when I did, there was no charge and the car was detailed. They even cleaned the floor mat where I had tracked in some mud and gravel. Some places would say, sorry you already bought the car, but Younger excels in customer service! More
