I scheduled two different appointments, I came on Tuesday and Zach said I had no appointment until Thursday of that week so I left, he didn't offer to squeeze me in. Came on Thursday and he showed no appoint and Zach said I had no appointment until Thursday of that week so I left, he didn't offer to squeeze me in. Came on Thursday and he showed no appointment until next week (which is my second one) I showed him the mychevy app that confirmed my appointment for that day. Zach said we can squeeze you in but it will take longer. No apologies and no assurance. He acted as if I lied even though I showed him the app AND the confirmation saying they would see me today More
