Rude!! Damaged my vehicle!! Their service center is terrible, took my car in for a SECOND time for them to fix the rusting on my 2016 Elantra GTs paint. I specifically asked for them to not take it to a certain body shop, they did anyway. I picked my car up the next day and now have chips on my hood and scratches across the hatch. I mentioned it before leaving the dealership only to be yelled at by a technician (Chris) and the service manager (Randy). They said my car came in with that damage when I know for a fact it didn't. I sat in my car and contacted Hyundai directly before leaving the dealership, a case was opened against them. Conveniently no pre-service pictures were available at the dealership. I have requested them from the body shop. More
