Ben made sure to take the time with us to test drive multiple cars so we could get exactly what we wanted. He has even followed up with me to make sure I am still happy with the car. And when my plates came in he put them on for me. Over the moon happy with my experience at Westland! It's actually a better experience than we had at my husband's cousin's GMC dealership in another state haha! They treated us better than family. Literally. More

Purchase of Hyundai Tucson (Copy-n-pasted form previous page) The "unprofessional" selection made was, to be VERY clear, nothing to do with the sales associate I was working wit (Copy-n-pasted form previous page) The "unprofessional" selection made was, to be VERY clear, nothing to do with the sales associate I was working with. It had to do with a heated and loud conversation from one of the supervisors / manager to a sales associate. Conversations and discussions of that nature should NOT be performed in general view and/or earshot of customers and patrons. Again, this has nothing to do with the sales associate I was working with. Perhaps a discussion with some of the bosses and/or managers to instruct them on proper accommodations for these types of discussions is warranted. As far as delivery of my vehicle without all options clearly labeled in an e-mail, two items were missed. The sales associate ordered one of the items (which I paid extra for and installed myself) and I ordered and installed the other item. Minor items like these were of no real consequence as the bid was still significantly under other competitors and installation was quick and easy. Overall, I would say my experience was a 9 out of 10 and plan on dealing with the same sales associate during my next purchase (Hopefully the Santa Cruz). My only comments for improvement would be to pay closer attention to the details of customer requests (especially if you have it in writing to refer back to) and have a sit down with your supervisory / management staff as mentioned above. More
