Just a poor experience. Received a text from the dealership asking to buy my car as they were needing more cars and would find me something comparable to cost and type. I Received a text from the dealership asking to buy my car as they were needing more cars and would find me something comparable to cost and type. I did some online shopping and found a couple of possible vehicles to look at and see what kind of deals/help the dealership may offer. The dealer I was talking with let me know they would get the vehicles ready and had no current prospects to either. I went in. The dealer was helping another customer on the phone and sent a new dealer out to cover till she was done. New dealer was nice but obviously new. Neither vehicle was on the lot or ready and I was told they would have them there shortly (within 10 min). We looked around at a few other vehicles while waiting. This was more than 30minutes We asked to see another van while waiting. The dealer (new guy) left to get the key and never returned; the original dealer was working with never came out. I waited another 5-10min and finally walked into the dealership to see all the available dealers over in a corner laughing and joking (including the original dealer that was supposed to come out to help me or show me around). The 2nd dealer was no where to be seen. So I left. Obviously the dealership didn’t want to sale a car(s) or work or deal with the customers it seems. Just an overall bad experience and I will take my future car shopping elsewhere as they seem to desire. More
We were very pleased with the work that Tiffany did for us the other day. She was courageous, personable and very helpful since this was the first service in our new car! This review is directed more to Hyundai than the dealership, but they represent Hyundai. I bought a 2019 Hyundai Tuscon in 2020. Never owned a Hyundai but the warranty was "the best in the business" dealership, but they represent Hyundai. I bought a 2019 Hyundai Tuscon in 2020. Never owned a Hyundai but the warranty was "the best in the business". I loved it, the way it drove, the features, the way it looked inside and out. One problem though, the car has gone through 5 catalytic converters in the last 2 years. It has been at a Hyundai service department 6 out of the last 8 months. The catalytic converter has been replaced 4 times. The timing chain and the cylinder heads have been replaced by my extended warranty(Not Hyundai). They don't know what is causing the catalytic converter to go out so I have 3 options: 1st option is to replace the engine for around 12k. 2nd option is to pay 4k up front for a complete tear down of the engine to find the root cause, then hope my extended warranty(Not Hyundai) will pay to repair it. My extended warranty doesn't cover the catalytic converter so Minimum of 7K. The third option was to go pick up the car, engine light on and needed a new catalytic converter. I chose the 3rd option since I don't have 7-12k to pay. I begged, pleaded and threatened Hyundai to help with the repairs and they responded by saying"We decline to offer any financial assistance". I don't have a clue what to do now. I can't sell it or trade it in and I can't drive it . I have a loan on it so I am screwed. My advice is not to buy a Hyundai/Kia product so you don't end up in a situation like I am in. Their "best in the business" 10yr/100k warranty is useless. My car is the exact definition of a "Lemon", 100% an engine defect but they will admit that. I know that sounds harsh but this has been the most stressful, upsetting and frustrating thing I have ever been through. I still love the car but I just wish I could drive it. More

When she arrived they asked if she would be waiting and she said yes. They said if may take up to 2 hours to complete. Over the next 3 hours she went and asked when they thought they would bring the car in to start. They kept saying it would be shortly. After 2 PM they finally brought the car in. I called to check to see why it had taken them so long and they told me that they didn't know she was waiting! WOW!! Great service!! After I explained what happened, they told me I could take my car somewhere else. I won't even begin to go into what has happened in the past with my daughter's car. I should have learned my lesson then and drove further to have my recalls completed. I am not so sure, I will ever buy a Hyundai again. More

Tried getting it fixed threw their mechanics and they kept asking for money to tear it apart to work with the manufactures warrenty program. I got it back multiple times and the issue wasn't fixed after they just kept working the warranty program. They need to be reported to the BBB. Absolutely the most heartless car dealership I know. The finance manager lied that and did not inform me that he was finalizing a sale, did not provide finance documents that indicate there is no cool off period. He said of nothing is final yet and now I am g he was finalizing a sale, did not provide finance documents that indicate there is no cool off period. He said of nothing is final yet and now I am getting collection calls for a car they have in their possession and no response from them since 12/18/2023. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THIS COMPANY! They will screw you over! Hyundai is selling cars that have huge problems, then doing nothing about it when you find out. I bought a 2019 Ford Fus They will screw you over! Hyundai is selling cars that have huge problems, then doing nothing about it when you find out. I bought a 2019 Ford Fusion from Young Hyundai Nov. 11th, 2023, and paid about $22,000. It started having issues the week I bought it. My power steering completely went out Dec. 16th, 2023. I called and set up an appt at 2pm for them to look at my car and I had a tow truck take it to the dealership. I hadn't heard anything and it was 4:30pm at that point, so I called and they said they didn't even know my car was there so they hadn't looked at it yet! They said they were about to close and they'd look at it on Monday, Dec. 18th, at 9am. Dec. 18th, I call at 2pm having not heard anything. They said my power steering rack and control unit needed to be replaced and it would be $3700. I asked if they would help me out since I had just bought the car, I didn't have my license plates yet, and I hadn't even made my first car payment. They said their hands are tied because I denied the warranties when I bought the car. They then transferred me to Nate and he said I could trade the car in for something else. So I drove to the dealership and Nate had me test drive brand new 2023 Hyundais, even though I told him I wanted to stay around a car payment of $250 a month. He reassured me Hyundais are fairly priced and it wouldn't be a problem. When we get back to the dealership, he gave me the numbers.... $700 a month!! I burst into tears. This man just wasted my time having me test drive brand new cars that he knew I couldn't afford. He then told me that my car was only worth $6000, so they could buy it back from me for that much instead. I was furious. I went to the service department and got my keys and took my car home. I later took it to a different repair shop and they said my car has the wrong battery in it and it's a bad battery! Needless to say, Hyundai does not care about their customers. They will sell you a car with issues, not disclose them, and then do nothing about it. Get your car somewhere else. More
They had my car for two months for warranty repairs. There was no communication at all. I would call and ask for info and would get passed around until I would get disconnected. I went through three ser There was no communication at all. I would call and ask for info and would get passed around until I would get disconnected. I went through three service people and each Time I had to call multiple times to even try to get any info. Out of the 2 months my car was there I talked to and got any information 3 times. I have called at least 40 times during this. And the information was wrong each time tell they called and said it was done. They tried to get me to replace a $600 motor mount because of striped threads blaming whoever changed the engine before But no one has. When my car was ready I checked it over and the coolant was empty and it idled bad and now it vibrates the whole car. So they take it back to fix it. Then they say “he fill the coolant and tightened the bolt now so it’s good “ then they make me take it and break it in. I drive it home and the next morning there’s puddles on the ground. I check it out and it’s leaking coolant now and I look at the engine and they didn’t put the clamps on the hose and it was popping off. So I put it back on and try to call transfer to voicemail and I’ve emailed them too and no response. So now I have a car with new engine that’s leaking and drives bad and no one that will help. More
Unfortunately a horrible experience. Of course the process of buying the car was quick and easy. Once that process was over I could no longer get any of their time. Just two weeks after Of course the process of buying the car was quick and easy. Once that process was over I could no longer get any of their time. Just two weeks after I purchased the car, it would not unlock or start. I changed the key fob battery and checked the battery of the car, both of which were fine. It was an electrical issue. Finally after detaching the battery and reattaching it, it started again. Then my oil change light came on. They promised they did an inspection before selling me the car, yet the oil wasn't changed and an electrical issue? I then bring the car into the dealership for an oil change. After that was finished they told me that there was an oil leak and the rotors were bad. I told them I had just purchased the car two weeks before. Finally after calling repeatedly without a response they finally agreed to fix it for free, but they'd have to drive it to the dealership in Logan who they purchased the car from. I purchased it from young Hyundai in Ogden so it didn't make sense to me that they would have to drive it to another dealership to fix, but whatever. I just needed a working car. After returning me the car a few days later they said everything was fixed including a transmission leak they had also found. Great. Then another few weeks pass by and my car again won't recognize the key fob (I have two) and won't start. The battery is still completely fine. Again I called so many times...no response from anybody. Either the manager was out sick or she'd say she would give us a call back, but never would. I called Jude and Hunter who sold me the car...no call back. The service department...no call back. Finally brought my car back in even though I live in SLC after detaching the battery and reattaching it to get it to start. They tell me they'll try to diagnose the issue, but they didn't think that this time the dealership in Logan (since young in Ogden purchased it from Logan)would pay to fix it. Even though I had only had the car less than two months and they didn't fix it the last time. Again I purchased it from young Hyundai in Ogden so there's no reason to blame it on the dealership in Logan. I was promised a throurough inspection before purchasing the car. They took my car for another two days and said they couldn't find the issue. So....now I carry a xxxxxxx with me at all times not knowing when my car won't work again and I'll have to detach and reattach the battery... More
