Got a call from Trina 2 days ago. Told her want I had, what I owed, and what my monthly payment needed to be. Told her what I was looking for. I found the truck I wanted online and filled out the online form. An agent reached out pretty much right away as most all dealers do. We talked about the truck etc. She set an appt for me to come look online form. An agent reached out pretty much right away as most all dealers do. We talked about the truck etc. She set an appt for me to come look at it. Just as I was getting ready to leave, the manager called me and told me the truck wasn't ready, there was rip in the seat and the truck hadn't been through the shop. To summarize a very long story, the next 3 weeks were filled with false promises and lack of communication. The only times I received updates were when I reached out. Fast forward 2 weeks. I finally made a deal on the truck with some guarantees that the repairs the vehicle needed would be done. I finalized the deal on Monday night and was told the truck would be done by Friday. The process of only getting updates when I reached out continued. Long story short, I didn't get the truck until the following Friday. The detail job was half assed as there was dirt all over the inside and they barely ran a vacuum over it. I went and detailed it myself the next day. Brennan and Jaxon are excellent to work with as they are very friendly and will work hard to get your deal done, but the dealership overall lacks communication. More
