Upon arrival, I was allowed time to browse the lot myself without a salesperson in my back pocket. Upon taking an interest in a certain truck, Rob appeared and answered our questions. He treated my wife and I equally which we really appreciated. Rob was very knowledgeable on the vehicle and gave us a fact filled test drive. He offered to have inventory brought in from other Young dealerships, all to help us find the perfect truck. We purchased an F350 from Rob and will return to Young Ford for our next vehicle.
