Didn't even look at my vehicle! Worst service department ever! Made an appointment with very clear expectations. Located in Morgan, but you have to go to Ogden for the rental! They don't tell you that until you are there. They didn't even move my truck into the building. It sat all day and nothing was done. They didn't bother to contact me and would not return my calls to find out what was going on. A Kia Soul was the replacement for a RAM 1 ton Mega cab !! Nothing but excuses and "we are sorry" . The General Manager was too busy to talk to me and never bothered to contact me for a solution. Brett had no solutions, just " I'm sorry". Now I am banned from the dealership for calling out the failure to communicate and exposing the poor customer service. Spencer Young should be ashamed to have his name on the dealership. Poor service 15 days and still waiting for our trade to be paid off. Wasted lots of time They agreed to match an offer from another dealership. I forwarded it ahead of time. They said it was fine and to come up. The people there were nice, but after being at the dealership two hours they said they couldn't match the price. It would be 3500 higher if I wanted the truck. They wasted 4 hours of my time. I would not trust thier promises again. When I asked about it they blamed a "new employee". I can understand if they can't hit the price. But don't waste my time with false promised More
