I was greeted instantly which I loved. Edwin was very polite and made sure I was good. Took about an hour which is not to bad. Staff was very courteous and attentive, but I had a 7:00 a.m. appointment for an oil change and it took about two hours. Before purchasing the vehicle we agreed on the tpms sensor to be repaired. Per salesman it was. I came and picked it up. 1 day later sensor light came back up. Took it back they supposedly ordered a se sensor to be repaired. Per salesman it was. I came and picked it up. 1 day later sensor light came back up. Took it back they supposedly ordered a sensor then installed it and now still doing the same thing. Service advisor won’t return my calls or respond to messages. Finance department - they didn’t explain everything properly and made it confusing to add a 3k up charge for warranty. Glad i noticed it and we worked it out. Trade in pay off- called many times to inquire about this and never got a call back even after leaving voicemails. I had to get with my salesperson to inquire about it. I have bought many vehicles in the past and The way young chevrolet conduct business is not good at all. I would not recommend it to anyone. Till today I still have not heard from service and my sensor still not working and it was promised to be repaired before me purchasing it. Very disappointed with this dealership.Pedro(salesman ) is the only one that helped me out the best. More
