I'm not someone to leave reviews, but the experience I had was so bad I feel the need to warn others. Body shop and service department are horrible. Dealing with this dealership has ruined my C8 experience. I was more than patient for 8 months while they tried to do a job that should have taken a maximum of 3-4 weeks...Yeah, that bad. Got my car back, they lost the floor mats, lug nut lock key, and the front truck doesn't open. Took it to another dealership to get those things fixed. Tried their service department twice on a factory recall and the repairs are still not done. I gave them a second chance after I found out they were between service managers. Second chance and the service tech never ordered the part for the recall. Never got a call back from either service technicians .Very difficult to get a person in the service department to talk to. Come to find out the two service technicians I talked with are no longer there. So to me that makes me think it is a very poorly run dealership. More
Traded my 2011 GMC Sierra 1500 Denali in for a 2018 Chevy Silverado 1500 LTZ Two days later the water pump went out while out of town in freezing weather. Brought the receipt back to Young Chevrolet in which they said they would refund the cost of parts only by check Have receipt shows it was approved , but never received it. Also noticed that wire were showing on front tires. would not replace. I had to pay over $650 for 2 tires and an alignment. Therefore I would not recommend and or do business with YOUNG CHEVROLET again. I feel as though I was RIPPED OFF. I give this so call company a 0. First of all, they sold me the service loaner dented and dirty. That was not the same car I test drove and when I asked about it the literally play head games with you to make you think your crazy and they dirty. I told them Capital One approved me for a loan so they went and dinged my credit several times and told me that the car I bought is the only one I can get approved for.The people that answer the phone are rude.
